Seriously! I thought only high school students would shout this way when holiday is announced. Considering the fact that everyone here are in their twenties and thirties I sometimes doubt if all of us are in some friend's house partying. Nah we are in office, freaking office right now. Well, I'm not sure if I could use the term "freaking office " anymore as it has been more than my home for the past few days.
" Bless the grand child " I heard the woman adjacent to me say.
"Yeah if it was not for the grand child we wouldn't have got a holiday tomorrow" the guy next to the woman
responded.
Who declares a holiday for that !!!

"Nah but u agreed immediately. U never did that before " Priya started being suspicious .

I feel like a selfish idiot now. I do want to hang out with them but the main reason is to kill as much time as possible.Why am I behaving this way?
Swara's trance was broken when Laksh shrieked " I'm home"

" Hell, yeah" Laksh said while settling on the couch.
" Coffee?"
" Woah! you are in good spirit today"
" What does offering coffe had to do with being in good spirit, Lucky?" She asked not getting what he said.
" See firstly you didnot pretend as if u didnot notice me & next you were concerned about my ofice things & then you replied without dodging the question."he said amusingly.
Well, Laksh wasn't entirely wrong. That's what she has been doing the past few days. It is obvious that any change in her behaviour would make him think like that.
" Do I have to come up with other reasons too" he mocked.
" Nah these are highly sufficient" she told feeling embarassed.
" I sulked all these days, right!" she continued.
" I'd be lying if I told no" he chuckled.
" then why did you keep quite all these days?" she asked.
" What am I supposed to do? scold u ?"
" Probably. I mean you could have atleast told me that I was not behaving properly" She retorted.
