Maxine's pov: I turned my phone off and put it in my pocket.
Jaeden never told me he has a girlfriend.
Do I ask him about her?
Is she gonna be at the surprise party?
"Maxine." Jaeden said snapping me out of my thoughts.
I blinked and looked at him confused.
"Huh?" I asked.
"Are you okay, you seem a bit out of it?" He asked looking worried.
I forced a smile and nodded.
"Yeah, I'm all good." I said.
"Are you sure?" He asked clearly still worried.
No, I'm not.
"Mhm." I hummed.
He looked at me still unsure whether or not he should believe me, then he sighed and turned towards the window.
I mentally sighed and took my phone back out of my pocket and decided to just text the girls for some help.
