I got out of school on June 24th and I'm finally done with middle school! As soon as I got home, I logged onto Facebook and saw a bunch of wall posts that I was tagged in saying "I'll miss you a lot next year" (yeah right). I opened a new tab to check my e mail and I saw an e mail from my health teacher Ms.Joyce about a teen mom and pregnant teen support group for girls in 8th grade at the middle school and for freshman, sophomore, junior and senior girls at the two most local high schools. I was confused for a minute at first. My friend Zoe was a sophomore this past year and she had a son when she was in the 8th grade, but I was surprised that there were more teen moms from my grade, and when I was reading through the list I saw Myra's name on the list. Myra's in my home room and my science class and she's always been so quiet and barely spoke to anyone except the teachers and I never knew that she had a baby, let's just hope this support group goes great.
