The Breakfast Debacle

- The Next Morning -

KUMATETSU'S POV

Waking up I looked around the room only to see one of the kids that  I took in last night.

" So he ran away.." I said getting up and walking over to (Y/N).

" Get up." I said looking down at her. She almost instantaneously got up and walked away. I let out a grumble and grabbed a basket and walked outside to the chicken coop.

" I knew this would happen..." I said to myself stretching. As I opened up the coop I saw Kyuta and let and a silent laugh.

" He must've really hated his new name." I laughed silently running inside to get a pan and a mallet to wake him up. When I got back outside I slowly approached the coop and waited for the right time. After about a minute I banged the mallet on the back of the pan and the kid woke up.

" It's time for breakfast!" I smiled banging the pan and mallet together again.

" Stop it!" The kid shouted covering his ears.
- At the Breakfast table -
STILL KUMATETSU'S POV

" You're still angry? I was just messing around a little" I asked cracking an egg on top of some rice. When I looked up Kyuta was just staring at the table while (Y/N) was eating.

"Cheer up and eat. These are fresh eggs. Not eating them raw is a waste. Or are you just not hungry?" I asked stopping.

" I am!" He yelled.

" Then eat!" I replied angrily.

" Raw eggs....are!" He managed to speak out.

" Huh?" I stopped slamming an empty eggshell on the table.

" They're gross!" (Y/N) blurted out.

" Yeah! Who'd even eat them?!" Kyuta asked.

" Everyone does! Look at your sister! She's eating them!" I said pointing at (Y/N)'s bowl.

" I'm just eating the rice..." She mumbled.

"Fine! Look, like this then!" I yelled stirring the egg and rice together and eating a mouth full of it.

" That's gross." (Y/N) said.

" No it's just stupid." Kyuta added.

" WHAT DID YOU TWO SAY?!" I yelled spitting out my mouth full of rice. Then (Y/N) got up.

"You heard him!" She shouted.

"I forbid my apprentice's the be picky eaters!" I said slamming my hands on the table.

REN'S POV

" I'm not your apprentice and neither is she!" I said advocating for the both of us.

" Hey shut up! That isn't your choice to make for me!" (Y/N) snapped.

" Both of you just shut up and eat!" The big red idiot interrupted.

"No!" (Y/N) yelled.

"I won't!" I replied.

" If you both are hell-bent on not eating..." Kumatetsu said slowly raising his hand up as if he was about to grab me.

" You'll what?" (Y/N) glared.

" Yeah! What are you gonna do?!" I yelled.

" I'll stuff it in your mouths!" He said and began chasing us around the table. (Y/N) made the smart decision and ran outside, leaving me to deal with Kumatetsu alone.

" Stop it, Kumatetsu. Be kind." Hyakushubo said calmly from the window distracting Kumatetsu enough to make him trip on a chair and fall over. I took the opportunity and ran outside.

"Where'd he go!?" Kumatetsu asked when he got up.

" I hate you!" I yelled cutting in between Tatara and Hyakushubo and then running away quickly to find (Y/N).
