Cold

My feet pounded against the mud and leaf covered ground, panting and grunting as I ran faster. The voices in my head kept screaming and screaming louder and louder until the sound of the wind blocked them out. Branches slapped against my skin as if they were whips making me wince each time they hit me. I clenched. I jaw ignoring the pain running faster.

I kept running. Getting closer and closer to the cliff. My knees were shaking. My legs were weak. My feet were bruised. My lungs were burning. My eyes filled with tears. My arms were stained in dried blood.

Instead of crying I laughed. I laughed dryly my voice cracking. Idrenaline rushed through my brains Makin me run fast until my knees buckled....

I fell. I fell off the cliff head first emerging into freezing cold water. I choked inhaling water trying to swim up to the surface but something caught my leg. My face turned purple as I was aching for air..

Before I knew it...I was consumed into darkness...
