The Confrontation

The elevator came to a stop on the 7th floor, one floor below his. “I really had a great time Nialler. We should definitely do it again” Josh said, giving him a hug and he nodded and smiled. “Well see you around, yeah.”

“Of course” he said, giving the older a big smile. But as soon as the door closed the smile dropped as he let himself fall against the wall. Nerves suddenly taking over. Yeah he had a great time with Josh. The older was a lot of fun to be around and he definitely wanted to spend more time with him in the future. Making him feel happy, knowing that he had another friend with him on tour, besides the lads. But now he needed to get back to his room, knowing it would mean having to face Louis and Harry. Something he certainly wasn't looking forward to. Or ready for.

When he was with Josh, the older had managed to let him forget about his problems for a bit. Made him forget about his boyfriends and the hurt and disappointment he felt. Now however those feelings were back full force and he wasn't sure how to handle it. Yes he really loved both of them, with all his heart even. Yet he had started doubting if he was really happy in this relationship. Something that hadn't just come from today either. He guessed deep down he never really stopped feeling like an outsider and the events from today just made something snap inside of him. Almost like it was saying: I told you so. So wasn't it better to just let the famous Larry Stylinson be? He didn't know. Wasn't sure if he could really step away from them.

Sighing heavily he pushed himself of the wall as the doors opened at his floor. His feet felt heavy as he slowly made his way to their room. Admitting he was more than a little scared at what he would see this time. Knowing they would be pissed at him for not showing up.... Well as far as they knew at least. Especially Louis would surly be furious with him. Yet as much as he dreaded to face them he knew he had to, postponing didn't help.

Swallowing he stopped in front of the door when suddenly another emotion hid him. Anger. Why was he blaming all this on his own doubt and insecurity in their relationship. It was there own damn fault too. If they had been awake when he got back, or at least getting ready, they would've spend a wonderful afternoon together. But no they had to exhaust themselves with sex, so that they were deep asleep when he got back.

Clenching his fist he tried to hold on to that feeling. He needed that when they would try to blame it all on him, when it was really their fault. He couldn't let them run over him, not this time and especially not Louis. They needed to see that they had hurt him too.

Taking a deep breath he grabbed his key. Knowing he was as ready as he'll ever be. It was time to face the problem and the drama queen that was Louis Tomlinson.

Opening the door, he was more then a little startled when immediately came face to face with his angry lovers. “Where the hell have you been?” They shouted simultaneously. Louis looking completely outrageous, while glaring at him and it took all his power not to flinch back. While Harry looked furious whilst his green eyes showed he was very upset too. “Do you have any idea how long we've been waiting for you, huh? But I guess you were just too good to show up, weren't you. You'd rather spend time with some other guy than with your own fucking boyfriends” Louis continued furiously.

He'd known this was coming, but it didn't hurt any less the accusations, even when they were partly true. So he just stood there, not knowing what to say and not daring to look at them.

“So is he more important than us? Would you rather be with now?” Louis hissed and this time he did flinch, if only a little. “It seems that way, since you were having awfully much fun with him. So was it worth it, baling on us to spend time with him?”

His head snapped up. “Well maybe it was” he said, painfully slow. “At least he's good company, unlike you two.” The words weren't even out of his mouth or he regretted it as he saw the hurt look on Harry's face.
