The world stopped as I looked into his eyes.
The silence echoed through the cracks of my dysfunctional heart.
We were lost in each others guise, when I heard him whisper
"Beauty is razor deep" he sighed , "and I've been cut too deep"He found himself, and the spell was broken.
He got his keys, and I was soaking.
He grabbed his coat, and slammed the door.I lay there flipping through the colours, as they all disappeared , and only the red haunted me.
The shivers, they wrecked my spine. My skin froze and my blood ran dry, my heart burned a hole through time.It's time, time I ran home.
To where hope turned true, and the wind cleansed our soul.
To deaths own door, where the earth howls in doom.
To where the sun sets, and is born again.
To my secret place , where all is hell.While he created a future, he slowly snuffed out the key.
The key that trapped me in this delusion, and made me his prisoner.
I was free, but chained to freedom was I.
Crying on my knees, I needed to create time
