First you need to unlock the Fast Travel perk in the bottom right corner. Then you need to Enough money that you'll get negatives for example 500$ dollars would be good. YOU HAVE TO GET NEGATIVES!!!

You have to fast travel near the airport. As you can see this picture isn't as close as you can get to the airport. if it doesn't work look up a youtube video.
