Don't Underestimate

Don't even underestimate

How much pain they must be in

To put that blade

To her wrist.

Or that gun

To his head

Or that rope

To her neck.

Or to take

Those pills

Or to starve

Himself to death.

Don't you dare

Underestimate

How much pain

They must be in.

To hurt herself

Or

To kill himself.

To be six feet under

Is not a pleasant experience.
