Victoria had been seeing Ads for the Gormling adoption place all over town. She decided to finally go there and see what the fuss was all about.
(Victoria's POV) I walked into the adoption center. And was greeted by the CUTEST sight ever. Gormlings were everywhere. I walked for a bit and found a door that had a sign saying, "Hatchlings" I smiled. and went inside. It was ADORABLE! there were cribs with little Gormlings in them..... they were all asleep except one. A little Earth Gormling. I walked over slowly not wanting to scare the sweet thing. She was staring at her hands. I gently said, "Hey baby." She looked up at her, and smiled. I said, "why aren't you asleep like the others?" She tried to speak but babbled, until she managed to say, "N. Not..... Tired." My heart melted at the sound of her little voice. "You're a fast learner." I looked at the sign on her crib. It said, "Dorite" It was a nice name. I picked the little one up. She snuggled in my arms. I smiled and nuzzled her. She laughed in delight
(Dorite's POV) I looked up at my new Mommy. I smiled and snuggled in her arms and fell asleep.
(Victoria's POV) I looked at my little one and after a while climbed into bed........... an hour later though I woke up to cry. I looked at the side of my bed and saw Dorite there looking terrified and lifted her into my arm............. she snuggled into me. "I love you mama." I smiled. "I love you to my little Geod.
