First Day of School

As I step out of the shiny green car, I wave to my mom.

"Have fun!"

"Bye!"

I was getting a bit tired walking around with my new bag, as this was my first time carrying a backpack to school.

I must say though, this is way more convenient than a bag on wheels.

All I had to do was to check what my section would be.

...Grade 5 Gloxinia?

Hmm, I was kind of hoping to be in Tulip or something. Whatever.

I head upstairs to my new section, in which I assume is in the third floor.

I'm dying.

These stairs will be the death of me.

Why on the third floor?

Awkwardly, I make my way into the classroom.

Some people I know, like Faye, 80, Violet, and many others.

Some people I don't interact with, but still know about, like Chicken Curry, Addict, and CRYING BOII.

The rest? I dunno.

I sit in my old seating position back in fourth grade. Which reminds me so much of last year.

Last year was special.

And I'm not really sure if grade 5 will be that great.

As I'm lost in my own thoughts, Ma'am N, our adviser comes inside.

"Good morning, class!"

We all stand up and say in unison, "Good morning, Ma'am N!"

Ma'am N discusses stuff about the school. The new canteen, the new honor system, the senior high building, school rules... Basically an orientation.

Then it's finally recess!

All we did was to have an orientation, a program, and recess... And now it's time to elect officers.

"Alright, it's time to elect officers," says Ma'am N.

The best candinates for president would be Faye or Donald BOII.

Hopefully one of them would become class president.

I'm secretly hoping that it would be Donald BOII, though, since Faye is way too strict.

Donald BOII? Yup. He's chill.

And so all the officers have been elected.

Donald BOII is president, while Faye is vice president.

Cool, I can live with that.

This day went by pretty fast. It's just an orientation, election, and stuff.

Tomorrow will be the real start of school.

Meh.
