"Don't look bad, when are the concretes coming in?" Enrique asked the head contractor as they both climbed down the stairs that led to the exit of the building.
"In not less than two days sir" the contractor replied
"Good . Remember where the terrazzo are to be placed, I really don't want roughened work"
" Of course not sir, you can leave it all up to me. The people I've hired are hundred percent perfect for this, so you don't have to worry" He assured Enrique who doubted their capacity.
Alright then, if there's anything else, John, my assistant will tell you all about it"
"Sure thing sir". Enrique gave a slight nod and then walked towards his car.
Andria tried wriggling out of the chain ropes for the hundredth time but all to no avail, it seemed as if the more she tried, the more it got tangled and tighter. She gave a frustrated sigh as she slumped back on the chair, she looked around the place not knowing what to make out of it.
Her abductors had been gone for the past one hour, it looked as if they were done for the day, she thought of using that opportunity to derive an escape plan, but what was she supposed to do she thought, all her plans had uselessly been a flop.
She sighed again, letting her eyes do the look thinking, unexpectedly, they fell on a mobile phone, Andria gasped at the realisation that it was indeed a phone placed perfectly on the wooden table that was just inches away from her. She let out a little smile of relief as she thought of setting to work immediately.
Moving the chair she sat on with the aid of her bum, she finally got close enough to the mobile, and then using her mouth to carry the phone, she dropped it in her laps and immediately dialed the police number using her tongue steadily.
She thanked her luck for one of the abductor's carelessness, at least it had helped her to get in contact with the police. Patiently she waited while the line rang and at the third ring, a feminine voice answered
" Hello, this is the federal police corps, how can we be of help?"
" Umm, I was abducted and I... I...don't know what they want with me" Andria replied hastily
"Please ma'am calm down and repeat what you just said" the voice said calmly
