Elena pulled the pillow over her head to shut the unbarable banging out. It was like the Devil wanted to break into her apartment. Her head started pounding painfully as the noise refused to stop. People usually took the hint when she didn't open the door for over 10 minutes. But not this persistant fucker. No, this one just kept on banging their fist, feet, head or whatever hammer they were using.

Maybe it was the Devil after all because who else would be up at such inhuman time as him. She should drag herself out of bed and see what the emergency was. For all she knew the house might be on fire and her thombstone was going to say 'here lays she who died because she was too lazy to lift her ass up'. With that thought and a growl Elena threw the pillow over the room and sat up. She swang her legs over the edge and dragged herself to the door while rubbing her eyes to clear her vision.

"I hope as hell the house is on..." She started but her words were caught in her throat as she realized who disturbed her well deserved rest. Roman stood their, looking perfectly spot on as usually, in his tight dark blue jeans and black dress shirt.

"Happy birthday, El!" He grinned at her in a way that really made her uneasy as he passed by her and walked in like he owned the place.

"There's literally nothing happy about you waking me up before 6," she mumbled as her gaze followed him around warily and she closed the door hesitantly. There was a clothes bag in his hand that he hung at the door of her bedroom before he sat to one of the kitchen stool. She had not a single clue what he could be doing there. She was even surprised he knew her address, let alone her birthday.

"Make a coffee, or two, I also want one." He waved at her and she swallowed some cursing before she opened her mouth to talk.

"How about you make a coffee seeing as though you are the one who is crazy enough to be up at a time no human sees the sun," she huffed and crossed her arms over her chest.

"I already had one so I'm not the one in desperate need for caffeine." He shrugged with a smug smirk on his face and she rolled her eyes.

"You know what... I'm not the one in desperate need of you invading my morning so you can see yourself out." She started back to her room, ready to hit the covers and visit her dreams again. She felt the heat of his body behind hers before he even touched her. His fingers gripped her by the hair, pulled hard enough to lure a hiss out of her.

"Elena, get caffeine, a shower, put that fucking dress on and make yourself look presentable," he ordered in a low voice that instantly sent a jolt of excitement to her core.

He grinned at her as his free hand travelled to her chest. Her nipples poked against the thin fabric of her jersey and he took advantage of holding her tight, twisted both hard little nubs painfully until she moaned and her hips bucked back against him. "Now you are awake."

"Fuck you!" She cussed as he let go of her hair and she stumbled forwards. She was always needy in the mornings but having him around, and also touching her threw her body into a spiral of need she could barely contain.

"That wasn't on the to do list," he chuckled, no doubt beyond amused with her frustrated state. "Maybe later, if you are a good girl."

"What exactly are you doing here?" She asked with narrowed eyes as she walked to the kitchen and started making a coffee. She could feel her wetness catching her thighs and she rubbed her legs together just to get a bit of a friction. She was desperate. That shower was going to be damn nice.

"I'm taking you out for your birthday," he replied as if that was the most natural thing ever and she frowned at him. They weren't dating, they were not a couple, they didn't do anything besides fuck each other senseless. This was a couple thing to do, organize trips, going out for dates, celebrate big days together and crap like that.
