Introduction

[AN-This is something I want to test the waters with. I don't have a lot of it written yet, but it's been a work in progress for a while and I think I'm ready to try posting it here. If it does well, I'll continue to write it. If not, then I'll stop. Now, before this story begins, I just want to let you know what this is. This is a Homestuck 'next generation' AU. The AU was created by me, with inspiration from my ex-gf. Anyway, hope you enjoy!]

Introduction

Felace's POV
I've been longing fur a companion fur quite some time. Sure, I have Fortim, but she's my moirail. I need someone who can truly love me with all of their heart. But who would efur love me that way, what with my 'issue'? Fortim is the only one who knows and also the only one who is able to really help me through it. However, I do have a bit of a flush-crush. But I don't know if she'd understand. We've only been friends fur about 3 sweeps, but I still can't help but love efurry little thing about her. I've wanted to get her into my flushed quadrant fur a while, and have made a few attempts to hint at my feelings fur her. One day, I'll work up the courage to tell her bluntly, that I love her. I just hope my problem doesn't make trouble fur me.

Amarae's POV
Felace and I have been hanging out for a few sweeps and it's been really fun. But, sometimes she gets...kind of weird. There will be times when we're just watching TV or shopping at the mall, everything will be going pretty great. Then, she'll just...run off without any explanation. I get really worried when she does this. It doesn't seem like she just runs off because of awkwardness. I know what that kind of running off is like. When she runs off...it's like something just made her panic to the point of near insanity. I hope it's nothing serious. Other than that, she's really cool. We like a lot of the same things, so we normally have a lot to talk about. I hope she gets over whatever has been troubling her.

Fortim's POV
I'd noticed the way Felace looked at Amarae long before she told me that she had a flush-crush on her. She also told me that her 'little problem' had gotten in her way with getting into a red quadrant with Amarae. I don't think Amarae knows yet, Felace does a pretty good job of keeping it hidden. But, the issue does give her trouble in her daily life. It isn't her fault though. It's because of her ancestry on her father's side. Luckily, my ancestry on both sides has given me the ability to help her. Maybe, one day, she won't need my assistance. Until that day comes, I'll always be there for her.
