Summary:

"Are you done?" She asks, the smile growing wider. "I'll take that dumbfounded look on your face as a yes!" She nods her head and steps forward, leaving little space between us. A sweet scent invades my nose. I keep my eyes solely focused on hers and avoid looking down at the tight black dress that sits dangerously high on her thighs. "First of all, I was just trying to save you from pariah Carey over there. Everyone knows Michelle Coll is a stage ten clinger and she would have no sooner been planning your wedding.Second of all, I don't do high school boys so you can relax, I have no plans of forming an unrequited fantasy land with you." She thinks I'm in high school? I don't know whether to be offended or flattered. "Last of all, are you a female? Seriously? No need to be so touched when someone's just trying to lend you a helping hand. Settle down a little... okay sensitive Sally." Mystery girl finishes her speech and starts strutting backwards, not taking her eyes off me. "Have a good night precious." She gives me a wink before turning on her heel and dispersing into the crowd.
