DEMI'S POV
I walked in from a long day at work: nothing fun, no meet and greets, no meeting fans, no anything except sitting inside. I walked back to my room and went straight to my closet. I put on black sweats and a oversized black hoodie. I walked to my bathroom and took off all my makeup and put on my glasses.
Walking back downstairs, I made some tea. While that was brewing, I went over to my television and turned it on. My one get away other than music started: gaming.
I sat down on the couch, turned off my phone, and relaxed. I walked up to my Xbox One and put in one of my favorite games ‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2’. It was a newer game but also a classic. I clicked over to ‘multiplayer’.
Immediately voices came into my headphones. I walked around, trying to accomplish my new mission.
“Devonne, what mission?” Dawson said.
“Mission, 9,” I said.
“Where were you today?" Henderson asked.
“Unlike you lazy fucks, I have a job,” I laughed.
I walked around the corner, finding the man I was supposed to kill.
“Mission 10,” I said.
“Hey, Devonne, I have a job. I am never on except for night, too,” Dawson defended himself.
“One out of all of us,” I laughed.
“Hey,” the rest of the guys moaned.
“Okay, name one job you guys have,” I said.
“I am a video game tester,” Ian said.
“The rest of us got nothing,” Henderson said.
I laughed.
“Can we just shut up and play?" I asked.’
“Sure, Miss Gamer,” Dawson said.

Tonight was one of those nights that I couldn’t fall asleep. It was around 1 in the morning.
“I’m out,” Henderson said.
“Okay, I still have one left,” I laughed.
Dawson was always on till late.
“What is your story?" Dawson asked.
“What do you mean?"
“I mean, why are you on so late? I mean, it happens, like, four times a month,” he said.
