I was lying in my bed. And thinking about the impossibles.
Our teacher taught us them in class. We had a poster in the class room
1 Love
2 War
3 time travel
Love, it was forbidden in our home town. If you loved someone then you could never fall for one of your suitors that every girl gets by the age of sixteen. Even the non important ones like me. A poor mans daughter.War, it was awful to think about. Yet it earned you rights. She had a huge list on pros and cons about the war. And Time travel, everyone thought this was utterly silly and nonsense. I think that it is worth thinking about though. For small and big problems. For example, if you forgot your water bottle In the morning for a field trip you could go back and get it without being late. Or big things like a small mistake that led to a massacre or something else huge.
My name is Bea. I am 15. And I hate to follow rules. I ponder the impossibles every day. I don't know why but I have a feeling around me. A feeling of unsatisfactory defeat. Like the rules are hiding a real meaning.
I have been trying to figure out the third impossible for years. It is a mystery and I love mystery's.
My best friend has been trying it out will me to. I text her so we can get back to work on our newest attempt.

Hey what's up? -bea
Nothin - amber
Can u come over, newest attempt awaits -bea
Lol yea, be there in ten -amber
Kk-bea
I turn off my phone and head into the experiment lab.
"Earlier than expected" I say when amber arrives 5 minutes later
"Hahaha" she says rolling her eyes though she is smiling
" Let's get started" I tell her and we each take a pair of lab goggles to protect our eyes
and we get started.
