Part 29:

Sophie POV:

What can I say.. im speechless I didnt expect those 3 words to just emerge from his mouth. I just stared at him... it then became very awkward I just coudnt do this anymore. I then got up and leaned against my cupboard wall.

Sophie: Ray... I .. I think you should just leave

Ray: So you're gonna let me pour my heart out to you...and just reject me..

Sophie: It isn't that simple, I just need time to think

Ray: Whatever, have it your way. You know what I've liked you ever since middle school and your doing what you always done... push me to the side.

With that he got up and left . He banged door which just made my heart melt. I felt so bad. I do like Ray but I just dont know if im ready to forgive him like that. Or if im ready to commit like that. But one thing for sure is that i dont want to lose him ever to anything. He's my bestfriend and I love him. All the cheesy comments he makes, the jokes we had so much countless memories togehter... memories that I wouldnt want to share with anyone else. There is no other guy that i would dance away my prom with but him. No other guy that would make me feel like everything with one kiss. Maybe i do love him.... just maybe. Yeah he screwed up... BIG TIME. But he came all this way just for me . And im not prepared to lose him, not yet. 

I grabbed my jacket and ran downstaires, quickly puttin on the first shoes I saw. I slowly walked outside dont want no big deal towards where I am going, the last thing i need is harrasement from my mom or sister. I ran to his house... eventhough we live quite close this journey felt like forever. 

I then knocked on the door expecting him to open i dropped my gaze to the ground, but to my suprise his mom opened.

Ray mom: Oh hey Sophie, Ray isn't home if you here for him. You could wait upstaires though im sure he'll be here soon.

Sophie: Oh thankyou

I entered and walked upstaires .... waiting and waitng. Like where the hell is he... this is your house! Time flew and a hour went I decided to lay on his bed eventually drifting to sleep... untill pressure is applied on the bed.

Sophie: RAY!!

I reached for a hug be he kind of rejected me

Ray: Sophie what do you wantyy

Sophie: I came to say that ... I love you to Ray. Also, im sorry for earlier its just its complicated .

Ray: Wait , you love me too

He then comes closer to me, making me smile slightly

Sophie: Maybe, just maybe I do.

Ray: Well Sophie will you do the honour of being my girlfriend. 

Sophie: Yes Rayan, yes I will

With that he basically jumped on top off me, making me fake scream for help. In this moment everthing seemed perfect. Untill someone called...
