Anas narrated, "Gabriel came to the Messenger of Allah (p.b.u.h) when he was playing with other boys, he took hold of him and threw him on the ground and took out his heart, from which he took out a clot of blood and said that, "this was the Satan's share of you." Then he washed it in a vessel of gold that was filled with Zam-Zam then he put it back together and returned it to its place."
This is mentioned in: Sahih Muslim.
Moral: Prophet (SAW)'s heart was purified and didn't have any Satan influence on him.
