Chapter 1

It all begins with Gabby in Arizona living a normal life like any other girl would on the weekend.  And her best friends Maryanne and Amanda had to leave for dinner while Gabby's mom was calling Gabby and Jackson (Gabby's brother) to the dinner table and had some important news.
" Kids I have some very exciting news but life changing to!" Gabby's mom said, " IS JACKSON LEAVING OUR FAMILY!?!? Please, Please, Please!" Gabby excitedly jumped in the air. " No Gabby, you know your smarter than that. But the big news is... WE ARE MOVING!"
" AWAY FROM JACKSON!?" Gabby said. " No Gabby, Jackson is never leaving this family. But as your mother I try to make the right decisions for our family and this decision I decided we move to Connecticut! My home town, where I was born! And I am getting a better job there so we all know it means a bigger house!!!!" "What?!??" Gabby and Jackson said at the same time. " Mom why! And what about Maryanne and Amanda?!? And what about my school!?!? I can't leave that it's for really smart kids and I don't want to go to a school with a bunch of dummies! Especially Jackson." "Hey!" Jackson yelled. Well while days went on, packing bags, getting ready to move Gabby and Jackson went there separate ways in separate schools saying there goodbyes to the teachers, classmate, and the other unknown students. Gabby, Maryanne, and Amanda all said there goodbyes with tears coming down their faces. "I can't believe this! But I swear I will come back in the summer!" Gabby said. "No no no we will come to Connecticut." Maryanne explained. Gabby awfully felt bad for her friends but she knew they will always be in her heart.
