Roy Mustang X Edward Elric (Full Metal Alchimest)

it's gone...

Roys POV
     I didn't feel very well because I just got kicked in the stomach by Amiyah. I just told some good news,but I guess they don't want a new sibling.

    I glanced at Edward who was yelling at Amiyah.

  ''Ed stop screaming at her."
"Buy babe you just got kicked are you alright?"
"Yes Ed I'm okay just stop screaming at her she didn't mean to. And your hurting everyone's ears.''
"Sorry Roy,sorry girls it's just that I don't want him to possibly lose the baby just like we almost did with you girls."

  At this point Ed was crying and I started to cry with him.
They never knew we almost lost them. I guess it's time they know.
I wiped tears from my face and did the same to Ed.

I whispered in to Ed's  ear.
"It's time we tell them the story on how we almost lost them Ed."
"O-okay."
"It was nine years ago...Ed was off getting his auto mail fixed and I was in my office doing paper work...Itsy got to go home because I didn't feel well. I was walking up the stairs when I fell and hit my stomach on the stairs really hard. I was hurt pretty bad and I was freaking out so I called Ed. I went to the hospital and the doctor said that if I would've hit my stomach any harder you would've died. I was able to go home. I called Ed and told him. That's the story"

Ed was crying at this point. So was I. I was thinking what if we lose our baby. Thinking of that made me cry harder.
After a few minutes I decided to go downstairs.

I slipped and landed on my stomach.
"Ouch". I cried out
Then everybody ran to my side.
I was bleeding badly and I couldn't stand.
Edward picked me up and put me in the car.
Then he grabbed the twins and we were off for the hospital.

2 hours later.

I woke up in hospital bed with a I.V stuck in my arm.
Ed was crying.

The girls were asleep cuddling Ed. He sat up and put them down. They didn't wake up.

"Ed why are you crying?''
"T-the b-baby. I-it d-d-didnt make it Roy."Ed sobbed.
I started to cry. My child was gone. Are crying woke up the girls.

"Mommy, daddy why are you crying?"they both said at the same time.

"Go back to sleep girls.
"We can't."

"The reason we are crying is..."
Ed looked at me he wasn't capable of telling them. It broke my heart to tell them, but I had to. We couldn't lie to them.

They started to cry. Ed tried to comfort them. It was some what working. He sang a tune and they fell asleep along with Ed.

I watched them sleep. Then I finally drifted off to sleep and the doctor took the I.V out of my arm.
