After that night things between the oldest couple started escalating quickly. Jin was now spending more time in the office or at Namjoon's house. It first started by being absent on weekends from his apartment to eventually spending an entire week at the others place. Tae was a bit worried and opposed this at first but he too gave his brother acceptance. Now the brothers mostly met at office meetings, group lunches/dinners or when Jin came to get his clothes. Tae was mostly alone in his apartment but there was someone with him now to give him company now. After end of 1 ½ months Jin formally moved in with Namjoon.

Taehyung had a bumpy start initially. The employees weren't accepting or acknowledged his being as he was appointed directly to such a high post. Everyday his hyungs and Kook would motivate him but he still felt alone. It was only after he locked a multi-millionaire deal with a company which the Min's had been chasing for a while that he felt warmth from the workers. Slowly people started praising him and his negotiation skills. All in all after 2 months people started loving and respecting him and he too made friends in there.

Meanwhile his relationship with Jungkook also grew. It was difficult to pinpoint what grew- their attraction towards each other or their companionship. Taehyung had made a mental note to channel his desire for the other into a stronger friendship. Thus he now started protecting and accompanying Kook more than ever. But the feeling of protecting the other was not triggered by friendship but when people would check Kook out, try to flirt with him or approach him with pervy intentions. At moments like these Tae would surround Kook- either holding his hands/waist or shooting glares at the culprit.

Basically what he thought was protecting Kook was in simple emotions his jealously and these tactics were his ways to show that Jungkook was his. At the end the plan to move away from Kook by befriending him only brought him and his heart closer to Kook.

Jungkook in this time observed and picked on Taehyung's nature. He found it fascinating when the other would switch his nature in a blink of an eye, he loved how dedicated and unbothered he would be while working, he would adore his childish and playful side when Tae was not working, he felt special when Tae would shoo off people who would try to get close to him, he was also envious how quickly Tae proved his worth and made friends but the thing he loved the most was how Tae prioritized him over everyone.

Taehyung also tried to understand Kook. He already came to know how hard he worked to get his position in here, how easily distracted he would get at times, his habit to space out when he could not openly speak his mind/heart and how much he loved cleanliness. Kook was not social and made very few friends.

So now the two friends would hang out more than ever. They would eat, work, play and do literally everything together. Jungkook and Yoongi would only spend their nights together but Yoongi was happier and felt relieved that Kook was happier now and so was Tae.

But under all those smiles Yoongi posed there were certain things which were troubling and irritating him now and those things were related to KOOK and TAE'S RELATIONSHIP....
