Chapter 3

As I knock on the door I am greeted by a older looking Kira.

"Oh you must be Beth I'm Mercedes jones Kira's mother call me Mercedes."

I mutter a thanks as I walk in and see Kira sitting on the couch with what seems to be her dad.

"Hello I'm Kira's father Sam, but you can call me Sammy or Samo or oh well I don't really care as long as you don't call me old."

I laugh as me and Kira walk up stairs to her room and I see she has A LOT of trophies.

"Wow you have a lot of trophies!"

"Well yea they are mostly for cheer and singing. I was thinking you could sing the chorus and I could sing the rest."

"Yea that's fine"

When I get home I see dinner in the table and a note that says:

We have gone to meet with Rachel's old glee friends you can come Destany will be there. it's at your breadsticks.

At breadsticks Destany rushes over to me.

"Thank goodness your here! They keep talking about 'the good ole days' I was so bored"

"Yeah well, IM GONNA BE AN AUNT!"

"O my you must be so excited"

"Yeah Rachel's pregnant, and right before the wedding too."

"I hope the dress still fits!"

We sit there and talk for the rest of the night about life.

and if course she talks about her new crush.
