his eyes were husky blue, they were hypnotizing. he helped me up and as soon as he touched my hand I saw something, like a vision. I quickly pulled my hand away hoping he didn't realize what happened, hoping he wouldn't question it. I looked at him for a moment. he smirked a little like he was laughing at something.

"What?" I suddenly said.

"Nothing ha, you've just got a leaf in your hair. Do you want me to get it for you?" He smiled even wider.

"Oh, yeah sorry," I grunted. I felt a sharp pain in my leg. he took the leaf out of my hair gently. i looked down at my knee as he did too.

"Oh, that looks bad here lemme help you." He picked me up and carried me to the house. As I looked back my family was just watching, staring at him like he was a bad man. He carried me to the house and took me to the kitchen. I couldn't focus on anything else but him. his face his everything he was like my own personal angel. His arms felt like steel under me, he lifted me and put me on a counter like I was a feather as if I weighed nothing.

"Here, lemme clean you up." He smiled as he left me there like he knew the house by heart. he came back with a first aid kit. he pulled out a cloth with Neosporin and hydrogen peroxide. then he pulled something out of his pocket. it looked like a little container of ointment. it didn't have a label on it.

"What is that?" I asked him with a soft voice. he looked at me for a second.

"Its just something to help heal your wound," He said. He took the cloth and wet it with water from the bathroom in the room. he came back toward me slowly I could bearly even hear his footsteps. he stood right in front of me taking my leg to put it up on the counter. He took the cloth and cleaned the dry blood off around the edges of the wound. then he carefully blotched the wound to clean up the blood.

"That's a nasty scrape you got here. Tell me if I hurt you ok."

"You're fine, it doesn't hurt that much right now." I winced.

"It's a deep cut you must have landed on a piece of glass or something!"

"I'm really clumsy I'm sorry I should have been paying attention." I felt so embarrassed now, why do I have to be so damn clumsy.

"You're apologizing for bleeding?" He said in a sarcastic tone.

"Ha, yeah I guess I am?" There was a silence for about 5 minutes. he cleaned my wound up then he put a big band-aid on it after putting the healing ointment on. He lifted me up and placed me back down on the floor. I stumbled a little but he straightened me back up. we looked at each other for what felt like forever. we were inches apart, I could feel his breathing on my lips. he came closer to me. He slowly pressed his lips against mine. his lips were soft and warm. I felt like I could feel my heart beat all over my body. Suddenly, I heard the door creak open. I pushed him away so that it didn't seem suspicious to my parents.

"Hey, uh thanks for helping me I'm just super clumsy," I said as if he just finished cleaning me up.

"Uh, yeah sure I guess it was good timing for me to be out walking around. I live next door if you need anything" He replied. He looked at me but kinda kept his head down. He started to walk away.

"Hey! Wait I didn't get your name?!" I raised my voice just so that he could hear me.

"Jack." He said.

"I'll see you later Jack but hopefully next time I won't be bleeding."

"I'll see you later" He looked back"Uh..."

"Allison, but you can call me Ally," I claimed.

"Ok, Ally goodbye have a great day, oh and don't forget to change the bandage every 6 hours."

"Thank you." He walked out the door past my parents and sister. everything was silent after he walked out the door. My parents looked at me with that disappointed look.
