Dear Anonymous,
All I can say is, whenever you're having a mental breakdown, breathe slow, deep breaths and think of the happy things in your life. If you stop thinking and worrying about the bad things in life and start thinking about the good things in life it may calm you down. Maybe you can even write down the bad things in life and the good things in life and then rip the bad stuff up and maybe even burn it or flush it down the toilet. Just get rid of it. And then with the good things, you can put it on your wall or on a desk or anyplace where you'll see it often. Don't let your fears and the bad things in your past get in the way or the happy things and your bright future.

Life is a beautiful thing, don't dwell on all of the cons, think of the pros.
