Chapter 2•Pretty Boy

~Jimin P.O.V~
"Hey pretty boy" Yoongi said as he walked pass me. I felt my heart skip a beat as he said that. Was I really into the guy that I had just bumped into this morning? Nah, I can't like someone I just met. I admit that he is definitely attractive, but I can't really like him just because of his looks. Hell, I don't even know anything about him besides his name. I snap back to reality and continue to take notes and listen to what the teacher was teaching.

The bell had rung and it was finally time for lunch. I grabbed my things and quickly went to my locker to put them away. After I put my things away, I hurriedly went to the cafeteria to meet up with Taehyung and Jungkook. I grabbed lunch and searched around for Tae and Jungkook. I spotted them quickly and went over to them and took a seat. As soon as I sit down Tae starts to talk,"Have you guys seen the new guy?". Of course Tae starts to talk about him. I scan around the cafeteria and look to see where he is. I find him sitting at a table with two guys whose names are Jung Hoseok and Kim Namjoon. Saying his name makes my stomach turn. Hoseok has always been the one sending me knives and nooses last year. Although the bullying had died down, Hoseok still bullies me and always puts things in my locker. Namjoon also bullied me before, but does not do it anymore. He has actually been pretty nice to me for the past couple of months. "I think he is one hot son of a bitch." I heard Tae say. "What the fuck Tae?" Jungkook quickly responds to Tae. "What? I can say a guy is hot without liking him. Besides, you're my number one and will always be the hottest guy in the world." Tae tells him. You see, Tae and Jungkook have been dating for over a year. Tae can be a little bit of a flirt sometimes but always assures Jungkook that he is his number one. "Whatever. How about  you Jimin? What do you think about him?" Jungkook asks me. "Huh? Oh, well, I think he's cute." I shyly tell them. As soon as I said that Tae jumps around in excitement. "Do you like him?" Tae asks me while anticipating my answer. Like him? I don't even anything about the guy and he is already asking me questions like this. "No, Tae. I don't even know the guy. I just think he is attractive." Tae frowns but quickly smiles again because I said he was attractive. "Well, you said he was attractive. That's a start." I sigh and continue to eat my food. While eating I sense someones eyes on my back. I turn around and see Yoongi staring at me. As soon as I made eye contact, he winks at me. I felt my face burn up as I quickly look away. Thankfully, Tae and Jungkook were busy talking to each other to notice anything.

Lunch was over and it was time to head back to class. I wave goodbye to Tae and Jungkook while we part ways. I head on over to the classroom and take a seat. As soon as I take a seat I heard someone talking to me. "Hey pretty boy." I don't need to turn around to see who was calling me. I knew it was Yoongi. "Will you ever call me by my name?" I ask him. "Well, technically I can't. I don't know your name." Of course I thought. I haven't even introduced myself. "My name is Park Jimin." I tell him. "Eh, I like pretty boy better." He says while I sigh. I mean I don't mind it but it's kinda weird. "Did you get to class on time this morning?" he asks me. "Ah, yes. Just in time actually,"I continue, "why were you late?" I ask in curiosity. "Well, it's simple. I just couldn't give two shits about school. So why rush there when I can just take my time." Just as I figured. He doesn't give a fuck. Just as I was about to say something he speaks up. "You know, you're the most good looking guy I have seen in a while." I froze up. I didn't know what to say. He said that I was good looking. A bunch of scenarios popped up in my head. There was a bunch of things that I can say right now, but I don't know what to say. If I continue on like this, I'm going to seem stupid. So, I quickly said something back. "Thanks, you're also pretty good looking too." I can't believe I just said that. As soon as I thought that I have screwed things up with him, I see him smiling brightly. Mother holy of Jesus Christ his smile is beautiful. It could light up the whole world. "Thanks." he said. I quickly turned around as I felt my face burn up and my heart skip a beat. After school was over, I was walking with Tae and Jungkook smiling like an idiot. That scene in the classroom kept popping up in my head. Tae noticed and said something about it. "Why are you smiling like an idiot?" I quickly come up with an excuse. If I told him what happened today, he would not stop teasing me and rambling about it. I will tell him about it someday, but not today. "Oh, I just got a perfect score on a big test today." I said. "Aish, of course you did. You're like the smartest person in our grade." I laugh.

As soon as I got home, I greeted my mom and quickly ran up to my room. The scene just kept replaying in my mind over and over again. I was in my thoughts until my mom opened the door and said that I had a letter in the mail. I thank my mom as she goes back down stairs. I shut my door and looked at the envelope. I sighed as I knew who it was from. I opened it and it said this,
"Jimin, I have been sending you these things for over a year now. Although I send you these things to you pretty often, you still don't get it. You are WORTHLESS, UGLY, and a WASTE OF SPACE. I thought by now you would have blessed us by killing yourself, but I thought wrong. What do I need to do to for you to die? Do I need to say this in person, because I will do whatever it takes for you to just disappear for good. Anyway, that's all I have to say for now. So, do us all a favor and do it already.
