These 12 books from John Flanagan are Fantastic. The series follows Will, the main character. He is an orphan who grew up in the Castle Orphanage (ward) with his friends Alyss, Jenny, George and Horace.
He is apprenticed to Halt, the dark and mysterious ranger and begins his training to become one of the highest ranking jobs in the land, a Ranger. As he goes through his training he goes on fantastic adventures where he goes all over the globe, brushing shoulders with royalty and making firm friends.
Overall, I rate the series 10/10. Its some of the best books ive read In a long time.
Would recommended to ages 7+
Girls and boys can read this book. I am a teenage girl and I love these books. My dad, mum and sister loves these books as well.
