"WAIT HE KI- KI- KISSED YOU?" Lisa asks, almost choking on her ramen.
"Yep, AND NOW I'M TRAUMATISED. I'm super duper embarrassed to go to work tomorrow" Jam adds.
"Then maybe don't go. Just say you're sick or something".
"Maybe i should. BUT I'M TOO SCARED TO TEXT MR. KIM".
"Come on don't chicken out now, you've been through worst. Remember that time in the locke-"
"DON'T even try to remind me". Jam answers.
"*chuckles* fine".
"You know what? I'm just gonna tell him now. Might as well".
Jam : Hello Mr. Kim. I'm really sorry but i can't go to work tomorrow because i'm having a really bad cold and flu. I hope you understand.
Mr. Kim : Ok, let me know when you're better.
Jam : I will, thanks.

"I ACTUALLY DID IT IM-"
"Yea yea sure. Now can we go home already, im tired".
"Ok see you again! Bye !!". Jam says.
Jam walks home. Expecting nothing. Her exhausted body really just wants to shower and head to sleep.
"Haish, i feel really bad lying to Mr. Kim."

The next morning, she went to the temple, praying that Mr. Kim wouldn't find out that she lied. Other than that, she also prayed that Jackson will notice her together with got7.
* buzz buzz buzz *
Jam's phone buzzed indicating that she received a message.
Mr. Kim : Jam, can we meet up today? I'll pick you up tomorrow from your house. Is that okay?
Jam : Yes sure. Should i send you my address?
Mr. Kim : No its ok, i already have it.
Jam : oh ok!
"Wait why does he want to meet me? Is he mad at me? Did he find out? Am i fired? Omg i'm gonna die" Jam mumbles to herself thinking of all the possible things that might happen tonight.
Jam : LISA WHAT AM I GOING TO DO I THINK HE FOUND OUT.
Lisa : YO WHAT DID HE SAY?
Jam : *sends screenshot of their conversation*
Lisa : HOLY- WH- WHAT?
Jam : I KNOWWWW.
Lisa : MAYBE JUST GO WITH THE FLOW.

Night fell. Jam got ready to go to where ever Mr. Kim will take her.
After picking up Jam, Mr. Kim brought Jam to this beautiful and really fancy restaurant that was really famous at the moment.
"Mr. Kim, you shouldn't have brought me here. I heard that the food here is very expensive".
"No its ok. I really thought i should bring you here since you're sick. Wait, your flu is better?".
"OH Yea Yea, its better".
They ate together. The total cost Mr. Kim around 120 dollars. Mr. Kim payed with no facial expression at all. Jam was confused. When they were on their way to Mr. Kim's car he said,
"Jam the truth is, i brought you here because.."
"Because?"
"There's really no other way to put this up, but i um really REALLY like you"
Jam's heart stop. Her thoughts was way beneath the skies thinking of what she had done. "If i didn't lie, i wouldn't be in this situation". Jam really stared to nowhere for 15 seconds.
"Jam? You there". Mr. Kim asks.
"Oh sorry sorry".
"Sooo what do you think? Or do you need time?".
"UMMM i think i can't get any of this through my head right now. Im really- um really- CONFUSED yes "confused" ".
"I understand. Tell me when you have thought about it, no rush".
"Mr. Kim, i think it's better if i walk home. You already payed for the food".
"Oh no no no, please i'll drop you off".
Mr. Kim opens the car door for Jam. The whole ride home was filled with silence. Jam didn't say a single word as she was still flustered with what Mr. Kim said to her earlier. She was in shock, in her own world. Gazing to nowhere.
Jam arrived home, still in complete shock. Her boss LIKES her. "Wait was that why he was being super duper extremely nice to me? What am i gonna tell him? Should i accept? Wait didn't i have leftover pizza in the fridge?"
All those thoughts went through her mind. She went to sleep that night with an uneasy heart, brain, and stomach.

The next morning when Jam went to her office, she decided to tell Mr. Kim her decision. "Holy crap i'm so scared, i'm gonna get fired".
"Good morning Mr. Kim". Jam said while bowing.
"Oh good morning Jam. What brings you here?" Mr. Kim asks.
"Oh i- um i wanted- uh to"
"You want to tell me something?"
"Um Yes. About last night, i'm really sorry. But i don't think it's very professional for us to have a relationship since i'm an intern and you're my boss. Plus, i think it's better that we stay as friends since realtionships can ruin it. I hope you understand. I'm sorry". Jam bowed and left the room. Leaving her boss speechless.
".....". Mr. Kim went off the whole day. He didn't speak to anyone, glared at anyone nor answering their questions they had for him.
"Did i really get rejected?"
