MaNan FF: His Secret Possession

Chapter 5

Mukti said,"Reminding of which, where are Manik and Nandini, they were dancing, right?"

"They maybe around here somewhere, just look around!", said Abhi. "But I have a little suspicion on them, they are acting weird", said Mukti. Nandini comes back to the bar followed by Manik. Alya comes to Manik and clings to him saying,"Manik baby, where were you? We were looking for you!". The word baby caught Nandini's attention. Manik made a face and said,"Alya! how many times have I told you not to call me baby, I am not your boyfriend, ok. Moreover, I had gone outside to attend a call."
Alya fake smiled, while MukBhi and CaVya came back from the dance floor. Cabir and Abhi said in unison,"Drinks!!" and both laughed. Everybody ordered drinks while NavNi had mocktails.

Ten Minutes Later.

Cabir was completely drunk and was  leaning on Navya's shoulder like a love sick puppy and was complaining,"Navyaaa, you knoow aaaj kal tum mujhe waise kisss nahi karti jaise pehle karti thi, whyyyyy?" he whined. Navya's face turned red in embarrassment. She tried to move Cabir so that they could go back, but he didn't budge and kept on complaining about Navya. Navya decided to drop off Cabir, and they went off from there. They decided to call it a day.
Dhruv and Alya were already sane enough so they went together as they both lived in the same lane. Manik took Mukti along with him as her parents were not home. Abhi and Nandini went together and Abhi dropped Nandini to Malhotra Mansion on Manik's insistence, saying he cannot sleep without Nandini.

Malhotra Mansion:

Manik tucked Mukti on the bed of the guest room. Nandini sneaked in and went to their room to change. Manik also went upstairs to their room and saw Nandini near the dressing table putting off her jewels. He went and backhugged her while she gasped. He asided her hair on one side and kissed her shoulders, and helped her in removing the jewels. Just as he was going to kiss her, she pushed him and went to the washroom. He smiled and went to the other washroom to freshen up. Both freshened up and cuddled to sleep.

Morning:

Nandini was as usual trying to wake up a sleepy-head Manik who was sleeping with a slightly opened mouth. Although the sight was aww-worthy but it was a usual for Nandini. Finally, Manik woke up and wished her a good morning with a peck on her lips. She got ready and sneaked out of the house before Mukti could wake up.
Manik freshened up and went to wake up Mukti, she woke up with a headache, to which Manik gave her some lime water. They decifed to go to college.

Space Academy:

Manik and Mukti reached college and found Fab5 in the canteen, Cabir  was in a cranky mood and was sitting with his head in his hands. Nandini came there and they passed faint smiles to her but she glared at Manik, whIle the latter was confused. She messaged him,"Meet me in Mom's cabin."
He went away citing the same reason and entered the cabin and was welcomed with a pillow on his face. He gasped. And made a 'O' face and then realized that he had forgotten the date of their arrival and was supposed to pick them up, but then saw his mom and dad standing with a grumpy face, along with Nandini who was smiling at all of them.
"Nyo, aisa kia kiya tha main ne jo mujhe aisa kumbhkaran beta mila? Agar Nandini ne pehke arrangements na kiye hote tou.", he said with a weird face. While Nyonika and Nandini laughed and Manik made a bad face. Manik went to Nyonika and whined,"Mommm, dekho na dad har waqt mera mazak udate rehte hain." Nyonika scolded Raj and the latter made a bad face, to which Nandini side hugged him.
After spending some time with the parents, Manik and Nandini went to their friends. They reached the canteen, and found Fab4 and Navya sitting on the same table. Manik and Nandini went to them. Mukti suddenly got up and hugged Nandini saying a genuine 'sorry' to her to which Nandini smilingly said,"I have already forgiven you!" and they both sat down. Meanwhile, Alya also had to say sorry to her, as she saw Mukti gelling up with Nandini. Mukti and Nandini became friends easily. Suddenly, there was an announcement for all the students to gather in the auditorium.

Everyone had gathered there, and then Nyonika and Raj made an entry, as the owners, of course.

Nyonika started,"As you all know, the New semester has started and as an every year tradition, this year too we will be having a freshers' party!". Everyone hooted. Raj continued,"So everyone grab your dates and single people don't be sad you all will also enjoy the party. The party is tomorrow evening at the college. So tomorrow will be given an off to prep for the party. You all are dismissed!"
Nyonika and Raj came to Nandini and side hugged her while Nandini pecked both their cheeks. Fab5 was also  present there, Fab3 gasped. Nyonika, Raj and Nandini came to them still side hugging. Nyonika whispered in Nandini's ears,"We have got a present for you, you don't need to go shopping." She thanked both of them and rushed out of there. Fab3 looked at them with a confused face and Dhruv asked,"Uncle, Aunty aap Nandini ko jaante hain?" "Don't tell me Manik ne tum logon ko nahin btaya?"said Raj. ManBir's eyes widened while Raj continued,"Choro, yeh kya btaye ga main hi bta deta hoon! She is my friend's daughter, that's why we know her from a long time!", he finished, while ManBir sighed.

Everyone dispersed. Manik and Nandini went to Malhotra Mansion, and while going Alya saw them together and gritted her teeth.

She thought of a plan and smirked,"Tumhe tou main aisa humiliate kron gi ke apna munh dikhane layak nahin bacho gi!"
