"Hermione, let me carry that." Harry says.
He grabs Hermione's heavy shopping bags and Draco shoves his shoulder.
"I'm going to go drop these off at your house, go do something with Draco. With everything at the Ministry going on lately, you two haven't been able to spend much time together."
Harry starts walking towards his car.
"I'm starting to like that guy a lot more." Draco says while he intertwines his fingers with Hermione's.
Hermione notices the waver in his voice.
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing, nothing's wrong. Just thought of my mother. It was here she was buried five years ago."
Draco walks Hermione to an open field with a view to the mansion. The evening sun creeps through the leaves above them, creating little patches of sun on Hermione's face. Draco looks at her as she squints her eyes against the sun and stares off in the distance. He really was lucky.
The mansion looked radiant with the sun right above it, starting to set. It looked like it was the source of light itself. A place which held dark memories for Hermione yet it could still look heavenly. Hermione though about it.
"You know, we should really get back. We still need to-"
"Have dessert? Draco grinned.
"Already have it covered!"
"You know that's not what I-"
"But it's what you want, right?"
Draco took out his wand.
"Accio strawberries!"
Out of the bushes, strawberries came floating towards Hermione and Draco. Hermione frowned.
"Where's the chocolate?" she asked.
"Geez, woman. Give me some time to breathe!"
A bowl of chocolate joined the strawberries.
"Incendio."
A fire ignited under the bowl of chocolate, making it melt into a smooth butter-like substance. Hermione took a strawberry, dunked it in the chocolate and shoved it in her mouth. She'd left smears of chocolate around her mouth.
Draco took a kleenex out of his robes and started to dab away at her mouth, very focused on the task at hand. Hermione's eyes never left his.
"I can't take you anywhere." he whispered.
Draco leaned in and Hermione closed her eyes. When she didn't feel anything, she opened them again and saw Draco putting two strawberries in his mouth.
"Yeah, you're one to talk."
"Never said you could take me anywhere."
Draco and Hermione continued eating their dessert, watching the sunset together.
Hermione stood up, soon followed by Draco.
"My shoes are untied, give me a sec." he said, bending down.
Instead of tying his shoes without shoelaces, he grabbed Hermione's hand. Hermione knew that this was it. He was going to ask her to marry him.
"I love you Hermione."
He stood up again.
"Just thought you should know. By the way, almost forgot; want to get married?"
"Draco! Yes, yes I'd love to!"
They kissed under a big tree, which rained a million Glory-flower petals.
