Chapter 25

Clo POV

Sighing I looked out the hotel window, it was raining heavily in New York today. We were hotel bound, so the kids had decided to play hide and seek with Ozzie and Anna. I was reading whilst Mars and Lea were talking quietly. The week had gone by so fast, I'd hardly spoken to Rye or the others though. I was just too exhausted each night. James our cousin was here too, it was nice.

"Sis...you thought about what you want to do?" Mars asked out of the blue.

Glancing at her I shrugged "Finish my novel would be a start...what's that noise?"

"They got the kids to search for them," Lea said wryly, "when in fact they hid in their room and have been making out."

I scrunched up my nose "Gross."

"You had sex with Rye." Marley pointed out.

I argued "Yeah but we didn't do it so the others could hear us, I'm gonna go find the kids and go explore the hotel."

"Suit yourself." Marley smirked eyeing Lea.

Shuddering I grabbed my book and left, I found them sat on the stairs, Lizzie sighed "They're making out, Jules and I know."

My heart went out to them, they were the kids in our weird family, but we loved them a lot. Just sometimes...it was hard with the age gap and other things. I smiled scooping Serena up "Why don't we go exploring?"

We were in the games room, when someone tapped me on the shoulder, turning my eyes widened. The breath went from me as I stared at the girl in front of me, she smiled shyly, she looked...like I remember. That same sparkle in her eyes, her eyes, I could draw them till I got lost in them. She said weakly "Bad time to see your ex?"

"Alicia." I breathed, then pulled her in for a hug, returning my hug she mumbled "I missed you but...I'm glad you're happy."

"Same." I whispered, as my 14 year old self rose to the surface. Pulling back I smiled at her "You're really here."

"I'm really here." she smiled tucking a lock of hair behind her ear she added, "we have some catching up to do I think."

Rye POV

We'd been on tour for a week now and it'd been 3 weeks since I'd actually been able to hold Clo, see her in person. It'd been nearly 2 weeks since she'd last messaged any of us, Marley had mentioned they were extending their holiday and I missed her.

"You ok?" Andy asked as we went into the venue for today. Going backstage we all stared, Jodie smiled "Hi. I mean it's Shan's birthday tomorrow so..."

"You came," Andy smiled going to Shan who hugged him tightly.

Jodie hugged Brook lightly kissing him, Becky and Mikey were hugging, Naomi and Jack were talking and Shan and Andy were still hugging. Sighing as I watched my friends, now more than ever I missed her.

"C'mon lets go back to the hotel," Andy grinned.

We all went into the hotel room Andy and I were sharing. Jodie chuckled "You're ridiculous Shan."

"Shut up, I'm happy," she smiled cuddling into Andy.

There was a knock on the door which was weird, Shan went over to answer it and squealed tackling whoever it was in a hug. Pulling her in my eyes widened, Clo along with another girl walked in, Shan shut the door grinning "You came?"

"Ali and I had to persuade my siblings," Clo snorted.

The girl raised a brow "Sweet you were the one who was persuading them."
