LAURA'S POV:
it has been a week since I've told conor about the whole situation and him and all the gang have been so supportive. I'm so happy I have these guys in my life even if we did start on the wrong foot.
I decided to go for my morning run since I've been out of shape and I haven't been working out recently. I felt unhealthy so I ran to the park and made a few rounds. On the way back in got a text from conor saying to meet him at the ice cream shop. Great..... I'm going to put more calories on by devouring 5 tubs of mint chocolate chip icecream.
I met conor and he had a small smile on his face.
"Laura I have a little gift for you" he took a box out of his pocket and he opened it.....I gasped there was a beautiful necklace in the box it had a nude color pearl pendulum and all I could do was stare at its beauty. He told me to turn around and he put my hair to the side to clip it on.
I couldn't control myself! I gave him a tight hug
"Thankyou thankyou thankyou thankyou conor! I love it it's beautiful"
He chucked before releasing the hug.
"I was going to get you a promise ring but I wanted to be different so I got you this necklace, it's to show that no matter what happens I will always be there for you and I'm here to scare all your problems away"
I've never had such an amazing friendship with someone like I have with conor, besides Kim obviously but I just wish me and conor were something more. I've admitted to conor about my love for him but I don't know what mine and conors relationship is......
The rest of the day went by and all I did was play with the charm of the necklace. Conor made me promise him to never take it off and that's what I'll do.
CONORS POV:
I've finally given her the necklace. This will always keep her safe. In that small pearl I've installed a police tracking system so I hope not but if anything happens we will know her exact coordinates. We can't tell her because she will get worried but I'm going to find rob and I'll make sure he doesn't lay a finger on Laura
