Midnight Stars

I awoke in the morning, starving, "I need breakfast" I  concluded. Why is it so bright in here? I asked myself. Well at least I'm away from that manic-criminal-cat theft beach Walker. Uhh gives me the creeps just to think about him. Is Star still asleep? I reached over to look where Star was sleeping and... Nothing. There was nothing there except a yellow sticky note. I grabbed it and it read 'if you want your sister back, You have to come back first'.  "What does that even mean??" I said out loud. Should I go back home? I asked myself. What if it's a prank? "You can come out now Star" I said. But still nothing. Is she kidnapped? Uhh I don't know. Maybe I should go out and look. What about Snow, is she still here. "Snow come here girl" I said out loud. But then I herd a quiet meowing coming from the living room. I slowly walked in there and there she was, sitting on the couch, sitting beside what looked like a..puppy? "Snow who is this?" I asked. "Meow" Snow said in reply. "Is she a friend?" "Wholf" the puppy barked. "Ohhh ok" I said in reply. Now I'm talking to animals. Practical Alice. "Hmm do you have a name?" I asked the puppy. I got no answer. "So that's a no" I said. "Your name can be..hmm.... Dot" I said. "Wholf" Dot barked. "Yay a new member to the family" I said excitedly. "Let's go walking"
