The journey begins

Mathayus  and Leon woke early the next morning to go on there journey they packed three bags gathered there weapons and was about to leave as a mysterious figure appeared on front of them and spoke "mathayus follow me I have some think for you left by your father" mathayus and Leon followed the mysterious figure to the edge of the woods they drew there swords and edged inside the woods as they got closer they were surrounded by fog and mist.

Mathayus and Leon stood there in amazement as a light beamed down to the centre were there stood a statue of his father at the foot of the statue he found armour that was glowing bright gold as he stood and looked at the armour it was gold plated but light and agile how could this be there on the chest plate was a picture of a lion roaring it had the family crest the lion armour was indestructible and was the armour people feared the most mathayus put on his armour and stood there sword and shield in hand Leon loooked in amazement and dropped to one knee and said I serve you king mathayus in death and glory.

Mathayus took his sword and placed it on Leon's shoulder he spoke the words "I hearby night the Leon the great right hand night to me soon to be king mathayus ruler of the kingdom" Leon arises and spoke "thank you mathayus I will serve you in life and death it is a hounour to be your right hand knight and friend till the end" mathayus and Leon walked back out of the woods the village was shocked as they seen mathayus standing there in his lion armour with lion sword and shield in hand the village got down on one knee and said they will one day be grateful to have a true ruler on top of the throne one more time and said how he looked just like his father former king and protector of the kingdom it was a happy day for all to see this coming up of mathayus.

Mayhtaus and Leon started to head out of the village together on there journey dressed in there armour with there weapons in hand and as they got to the edge of the village they heard a girls voice shout stop wait they turned and looked and seen scarlet standing before them another good friend of there's she asked if she could accompany them on there journey and whole growing up they seen her bow skills and said it would be an honour to have such a great archer a company them and help there troops perfect there craft as archers so she joined them on there journey mathayus Leon and scarlet took one last look at the village as they headed out across the plains and fields together three friends looking to change the world and future for ever.
