Can give any electronic device a virus that puts it under his control just by touching it.

Backstory:~ _-C.L.A.S.S.I.F.I.E.D- _~ {lived as a modest rich boy and looked after his sister. His father was often away on 'business trips' so he got used to being the man of the house. When his sister learned she had strange abilities he helped her calm down and control them. One day when his father was actually home. He overheard other men in his father's office. Taking a peak he saw his father making a deal with some of gothams most sinister minds. When he tried to back up, he backed up right into Bane. He wasnt a skinny kid at the time but he wasn't all that buff either, no match for the muscle giant infront of him. Bane took him into the room dispite his efforts of escape. Once that door closed, Lincoln Heavens, was murdered.
It wouldn't be for another three months before the boy opened his eyes again. This time in a much different room and strapped to a table. ThE following weeks had been hell for him. Scientists would come into the room and take apart of him away. Disecting his body and mind in order to make him 'perfect'. Once he had healed they would have him fight, if he lost it was back to the table. In the end, the result was a 21 year old ghost shell of what was, half human, half bionic. His mind had been scrambled so many times he almost couldn't remember his own name. The things he can remember he tries to destroy, thinking that anything associated with his past life has to die.
