Chapter 5~does she?~

Your pov (continuation)

She...... She kissed my cheek! I felt like i was sent to heaven (cliche huh).
"M-mikasa?" i asked her obviously flustered from what just happen.
"Thats your price for comforting me" she said with a smile.

After that she turned around and walked away. I just stood there completely flustered. I got over from what happen and went to my room. Before going to bed i though about that kiss.

I wake up around 2 in the morning. I was thirsty so i decided to go to the mess hall and drink some water.

Mikasas pov

I woke up not knowing what time it is.  I wanted to go back to sleep but i cant, all i could think of is how cute he was when i kissed him. I decided to walk around for a bit. I stopped by his room but i didnt bother to check on him hes probably sleeping.

As i walk around i reached the mess hall, i was a little thirsty from the walk and so i went in to get some water. While i was getting close to the water station i heard someone get a glass cup. I looked around and saw a male figure.

I went closer and that male figure was Y/N, "Hey, why are you here?" i asked. He was startled by the sudden question. "O-oh hey mikasa, i didnt see ya there i woke up and got thirsty thats all" he said clearly blushing.

"Oh okay, i couldnt sleep so i went for a walk then got thirsty" i smiled at him and he blushed even more.

Your pov

As i was about to pour water on my cup i heard a sudden voice that sounded familiar "Hey, why are you here?" the voice asked, i quickly looked and it was mikasa. "O-oh hey mikasa, i didnt see ya there i woke up and got thirsty thats all" i told her, ugh why did i stutter.

After that she told me the reason why she was here. We both got our water and decided to sit on a tabel and talk for a bit. "you know, youre a really nice guy Y/N." she said looking at her cup, i saw a tint of pink dust her cheeks. "T-thanks, and y-your really wonderful" i complimented her.

We just kept talking until an hour had passed. We bid each other goodbye and went to our rooms, 'she really is wonderful, wait, does she.. Like me?' i though as i sit on my bed 'well, i hope she does' i then lay down and got some rest, ita gonna be a looooong day tomorrow.
