Eddie was in heat and so Matt "helped him" and somehow got him pregnant. So TMTE is helping Eddie both hide the fact that he is pregnant and help him when the child is born since we all know Mattie boy has a very short term memory.

TMTE: Hey Eddie I'm back!
Edd: *Immediately clings to TMTE*
Edd: *Hiccups and covers my mouth embarassed*
Tmte: *Places you on my head and laughs* So cute...... * Asks teasingly* Am I your Senpai or something?
Edd: *Blushes* shut up *hiccups again*(still embarassed)
