A Miracle With You

Chapter 1 (Part 2)

Oh my gosh! I'm shaking. I thought I could handle it, but I can't. Shizz, I want to run but I'm already infront of the school gates and there's a teacher. I can't turn back now, might as well try to survive. I gather up my courage to walk to the teacher and ask for directions.

"Uumm..."
"Ah! you must be the new student"

I nodded slowly.

"If your asking for directions to the office. Just go straight, pass the corridor, then, turn right. It's at the end of the corner".

"Thank you", I smiled, trying to be as polite as I could. I put on my hoodie before walking into the school building. When I entered, there were a lot of popular-ish people with their good looks and fashionable outfits. "Great!", I thought. I knew it was impossible for me to fit in, in this kind of atmosphere. I duck my head down, looking at the floor while walking to the office. But, there were too many pathways at the corridor, which ONE is it??. "Uh-oh", I thought, still searching for the office. Without looking where I was going, I accidentally bumped into someone.

"S-sorry -"

"Watch it!"

I took a peek at his face. He has black hair combed back to make him look cool. He even has dark blue eyes and that stupid-fake prince face that makes the girls go gaga over him. Oh great, every girls dream-prince is here everybody! What else, a princess?

"What are you doing? beg for forgiveness, loser"

"Excuse me!?", I said with a confused look.

I look at the blonde girl beside black prince. I SPOKE TOO SOON. She wore a yellow blouse with a white skirt that matches her corn-flower eyes.

"I said, kneel down and beg for forgiveness, twerp"

"Uumm... sorry but I don't take orders from barbies' ", I said, hating the fact that some cool jerk just think that they could order anyone around anytime.

I heard laughter behind them and I saw two guys. Twins! both of them look alike with brown hair and green eyes. One of them went to me and pat my head, "That was a good one", still laughing while the other one puts his arm around my shoulders, "You're interesting". I blushed because his face was too close to mine. I quickly backup and shove his arm away.

I finally notice a glare on me. Black prince was looking down on me as if he could choke me anytime. What!? You don't like your buds being around me?

"Let's go", black prince said.

"But...", barbie hesitate but stop.

"Aaaww... we were just about to have some fun", said one of the twin.

The other twin placed his hand on his brother's shoulder to warn him. The brother pouted and said, "fine".

Prince-sama shove me away and I fell. Barbie chuckled and they just left me like that.

"Ow, Jerks!", I shouted at them.

I came to realization that people all around me was looking all this time. My face turned red because of embarrassment and I quickly duck my head down. I felt like crying. I hate this life. I hate this school. Why didn't I die during the car crash? Why do I have to continue on living? Why did my parents have to go....

I held back my tears and tried to find my footing to get up, someone reached their hand out to me.

"You alright?", the guy helped me up.

"Yeah", I said not wanting him to worry.

"Sorry about him, he's always like that"

"Always?"

Yeah, he thinks he has the power to control anyone just because he is the principal's son".

Principal's SON!? Uh-oh, the first day of school and I just had to mess with the wrong person.

"His name is Haru Noah, he's half-japanese and half-American, the girl next to him is Paige Hidgens and the twins are Judy and Jury Clarice".

"Judy and Jury Clarice, how could you tell the difference? They both look the same, even their voices sounds almost the exact same as the other.

" Hmm...well, Judy has a mole under his right eye while Jury has it under his left eye". He continued, "If you observe them closely, you could really tell the difference".

Well, I think I saw their moles. The guy whose face was close to mine must be Judy and the other one must be Jury.

"Oh, how do you even know about them? They look like people who steps on weakling's back whenever they want".

"Um, let's just say that we USED to be childhood friends, hehe", he said looking uncomfortable.

"Oh.."

"Welp, shall we head to the principal's office?"

"Principal's office? wait, how do you even know I was heading there?"

"The principal told me to accompany you and show you around the school grounds, the name's Aiden Swettenham by the way"

"Riley"

"I know, Riley Jones, right?"

"Yep"

"Nice to meet'cha", he smiled at me.

"You too", I smiled back.

We shook hands and continued walking to the office.
