Julian stomped down the alleyway, talking out loud to himself, little did he know, someone was indeed listening in.
"I swear my father isn't even listening to my points. He just wants to keep me up and protected like a little bird, a majestic 'Ju-Ju' I guess," he sighed, as much as he hated how juvenile the nickname sounded, he still felt the warm, fuzzy feeling he had as a kid everytime Tony used it.
He slipped his phone out cursing, 11:36, he had been out here at least 3 hours now, give or take.
"Guess I better head back," he turned his heel but tensed hearing footsteps from behind him, another perfectly valid reason to have the suit, he figured.
Regardless his hand slid into his pocket, digging around for a portable notifier his father insisted he'd carry around. He was jerked back by the collar of his shirt though and pressed against the wall. Immediately his hands flew up failing to notice he had pulled the device out with him.
The person who now had him pinned against the wall gave a chuckle, "Calling daddy were we? Now, we wouldn't want to ruin his surprise, would we?" his voice slowly elevated to a yell.
Before Julian could reply the man smacked his head against the young adults. Julian yelped in pain dropping it to hold the aching spot. He looked up only to see the man smirking. His gaze traveled down finding his foot hovering over the small device.
"No.. no. Please don-" the quiet, quickly sputtered out pleas were interrupted by the sound of crushing wires. The man had stomped on it.
Julian forced his eyes back to the man though he couldn't see his face, due to it being covered by not only a long hood but by a mask of sorts too.
"Nighty night, little boy," were the last chilling words he heard before it all went black and pain danced in his facial area.
Tony was up working, per usual. He hardly noticed the time until he glanced up, 1:56. He furrowed his brows, he didn't think he heard the door open or close, regardless, he stood up taking the way to his son's room knocking on the door once there.
"Ju-Ju? You home?" hearing no reply he carefully openedthe door trying to keep it as quiet as he could assuming he was asleep. He was smiling prepared to see his little boy asleep peacefully but frowned upon not seeing him.
"Oh that boy is in so much trouble," he growled out. He stomped off to get his suit on knowing it had the tracking device connected to it, the emergency device that'd contact him if he were in trouble.
He always made sure he had it on him. He sighed, "Ok, I need coordinates connected to device J.C.S."
"Loading coordinates for device J.C.S.," the computer repeated before a hologram popped up, telling him the location as well as the message, "save to notes. The pulse of the device is about to power down."
Tony frowned confused, it wouldn't shut down unless damaged and there was no way Julian would've done that. He gave a deep sigh but followed the coordinates.
"Julian? Julian come out now!" he grumbled a little until spotting a faint, red color, looked rather dried but not as if it had been there for years. He had a sick feeling but followed as much as the trail allowed him.
Julian dazily opened his eyes, gaze blurred. He grunted softly immediately the strong smell of iron flooded his nose. He squinted trying to clear his vision.
Once it did he noticed red dots on his pants not one dot the same. It didn't take much for him to connect that it had come from his nose.
"He'sss awake, mother hydra," a chilling voice said almost resembling the typical voice cartoons gave when it was a snake character.
"Just inject it with him. It won't be long," Julian growled as he heard the voices but saw no one.
"Show yourselves!!" he demanded, he heard steps coming closer, "Get me out of this cha-" a hand came out from the shadows, he couldn't help but watch especially when he spotted a needle. He gulped in a breath of air about to demand more but instead let out a scream as the needle stabbed into his leg, right above his knee. A burning sensation ran all throughout his body resulting in more screams.
Tony looked left and right, the trail had stopped but jumped hearinga scream. Immediately he took off towards it.
"Leave him. We will see how this affects later, already it's wonderful," Julian heard the female voice say before being left alone. That is, until the doors opened with a bang.
"Julian?!" Tony shouted looking around not spotting his 18 year old, regardless, a little voice directed him to a child here.
"Dad??" Tony took steps closer until he realized, that kid was his. His son's 10 year old eyes was staring back at him, clearly tired, "Dad, what's going on? Where are we? I'm tired, I wanna go home," he pleaded.
He gulped but nodded kneeling next to his son, "Don't worry buddy, we'llget you home? Ok? You'll be ok, can you tell me what you remember last?"
"Waking up here, why am I here Dad? It's scary," Tony sighed, it appeared memory stuck with the age he was. He hugged him once the ropes were free from his wrist.
"Don't worry, I'm here and I'll protect you. It's ok," he carefully picked him up, Julian immediately nestling close.
"Can I go back to sleep?"
"Nap a little, yeah. I need to run a check up when we get home though..."
