It had been a few days since Rob Dyrdek showed up at my house unannounced, and I was feeling bad about what I did to Chris.
It took me a while, but I finally had the courage to pick my iPhone up and send him a veryveryveryvery long apology letter, that actually wasn't that long.
My hands were shaking.
I finally typed it out and sent it. After I sent it, I felt like I had thrown something off my shoulders.
Dear Chris,
I am so sorry. I just got so angry at you for lying to me. I've had a different life ever since I... er... 'Dumped you' in a manner of saying. I can't skateboard without crying, all I eat is cereal, and I can't even watch A Very Potter Musical anymore. Just.. I'm so sorry, Chris. I hope you can forgive me.
Libby.
I set my phone on my table. I ran a hand through my hair. My ringtone blared. It was Chris.
Oh. Hey Libby.
I sent you a heartfelt thing. Aren't you gonna do anything?
Meet me at Starbucks?
Sure :)
I looked at my skateboard. I think I'm gonna ride it to Starbucks. I quickly brushed my hair, pulled on a pair of shorts with the American flag printed on them and a loosefitting black top. I pulled on a pair of black vans and started down to Starbucks.
I was so happy to be able to see Chris again.
I quickly zoomed toward Starbucks. There was was, sitting on his phone. I stopped my skateboard, then texted Chris. He looked up and saw me. I smiled a little and waved. He grinned and put his phone away. I dropped my skateboard and ran to him and threw my arms around his neck. I heard Chris chuckle. It felt nice to be back with him.
