We went to Olympus and got me appointed Guardian of the Hunt.

--line-break 5years--

We were hunting Lycoan and his pack. They were waiting for us, they knew we were coming. They've taken Artemis and a seven year old girl. We're going to get them back. I'll admit, I am in love with Artemis. The rest of the hunters know. Now I'm going to tell the others what I am and hope for the best. "Girls, I have something to tell you all, what I am... I'm a vampire. These are just contacts. This is my true eye color." As I said this, the girls were starting to get up. "Does Artemis know?" Phoebe asked. "She knows. She swore she wouldn't tell anybody. I'm so-" I started but was cut off by Phoebe. "You're our brother ,Percy. We know you wouldn't hurt us. Though, if one of us were dying, would you turn us?" she asked. "If you were dying...yes. I'd have to teach you to feast on animal blood, though." I answered. "Now, let's go get out mistress back. We don't have much time."

As we approached the Wolf House, I saw Artemis in chains. Her clothes were tattered, revealing way too much. At this point, I was so fucking pissed off. "LYCOAN!! COME OUT YOU COWERD!!" I yelled. "Ah, Artemis' boyfriend arrives. I've been waiting for you." One millisecond. That's all it took. One millisecond, and Lycoan's dead at my feet, his black heart in my hand. As I approached Artemis, she spoke, "H-how did you find me?" she asked. "Doesn't matter. Right now all that matters is getting you out. And the little girl." I said as I ripped the chains apart. Literally ripped the chains apart. Remembering how little of her clothes were left, I took off my cloak, and gave it to her. "Thank you." she said. As I was helping her up, she stumbled. I was looking into her eyes the hole time. Then we were both leaning in, as our lips met, I felt a surge of electricity run through me. As we broke apart I said something, I've wanted to say for a while. "I love you Artemis." I said. "I love you too." she said, casting away my worries. But, then I noticed something. Bite marks. "Artemis, did he bite you?" The second I asked, tears started streaming down her face. "Hey, listen to me, I know a lot of werewolves, they're not all monsters. Neither are you." At this she started to cry more that's when cupped her face and away her tears with my thumb. "I love you, no matter what. I always will." "Thank you." she said. "Percy we found the little girl. She's bleeding to death." Thalia said. "Take me to her." As soon as I saw her, I was determined to rip Lycoan's remaining pack members apart. I was already kneeling down next to her. As I got closer, she flinched. "It's okay, you're going to be fine." I helped her sit up. "Can you do something?" Artemis asked sobbing. "I have to turn her. If I don't she'll die." I said. "You're going to feel a slight pinch. No matter what, don't move." As I finished, I moved her neck to the side, and sunk my fangs in her neck. I held the girl in my arms and waited. About five minutes later, her eyes opened. They were blood red. "It's okay, you're okay." "Are the monsters gone?" she asked. "Yes. They're gone, for good." "Now, if you promise not to freak out, I tell you what happened." She nodded. So I did. She took it really well, considering. "I'm thirsty." she said. I got out a vial of deer blood. "Here, drink this." I told her. She took eagerly. "Whoa, don't drink so fast. You'll get dizzy." She did as I told her. "Alright girls, let's get back to camp." "Yes ma'am." I said. When we got back to camp, the little girl told us her name was Riley. "Riley do you have a family?" I asked her "No, not any more." she answered. "Do you want one?" I asked. "More than anything." she answered. "You can stay with us if you want." Artemis offered. "Please!" Riley begged. "Welcome to the hunt Riley." Artemis welcomed her.

"Riley, tomorrow morning, if you're up to it I'd like to teach you to hunt." she nodded an okay. "We should head to Olympus to report to father."
