Here I am, packing my bags, my father gave me permission to go on vacation with my best friend, and I haven't seen her for so long. I lived in Boston with my father, after the divorce, my mother got married again and she broke our relationship. That's why I live with my dad, I left all I had in New Jersey; where I live before, it wasn't easy but my father helped me a lot.

-Katy are you ready? - My father said from the living room.

- Yes, I'm coming - I said.

I took my phone and text Vanessa (Ness) that I was leaving to the airport, not too many minutes happen and I was in the plane. When the plane took off I fell sleep, I woke up thanks to the pilot's voice saying that we arrive to our destiny and I wait for the plane to land, I really only do this to see Ness, I hate airplanes with every cell of my body.

We were able to land the plane and I went for my suitcase. I came out and there was Ness, I ran to her, we fell to the ground and laughed, people looked at us like we were crazy.

We left the airport and went up to her car; we were both in our last year of high school, so we were 17. Ness had a very long hair the color was a mix between a light brown and dark blonde, her hair was unique and natural, her skin was white and she had brown eyes, she was really pretty and we were very different.

I have short and black hair with defined curls, brown skin and the same height as Vanessa.

- Ness what's new? - I said, while we were in the car.

- Nothing new, classes and missing you. Last year after you left, I met a guy in high school, unfortunately He went to college and I haven't seen him again - she said sad.

- And you never went out on a date? - I said a little bit curious.

- I never dared to tell him that I had feelings, we talked a lot and always had lunch together but we never had a date or something like that - she said embarrassed

Ness has always been shy and quiet; several guys try to approach to her but they never managed anything.

I came to the New York airport and she lived in New Jersey, so an hour after we got home, it was just as l remembered, a white house with beautiful windows and two floors, Ness lived with his parents, it looked like a house taken from dreams, her parents worked a lot and you could say that they had a good social level.

We got in and greet his parents, we went up to her room, talked for hours, then decided to go out to eat at the mall, Ness took her keys and then her parents told us don't come back later so we left.

We had lunch and talked animatedly, we went to a store to buy clothes, and whistles were heard, we turned around and saw some very hot guys, I have never seen them, I looked them with a mischievous smile, I winked my eye, and they began to laugh.

We left the store and I saw Ness looking very surprised while looking at one of the boys, I look where she looked and there was a very tall guy who had a royal blue shirt with his whole body well marked in that shirt, He had a dark brown hair and incredible gray eyes. Ness didn't have bad taste.

- Ness, that guy is as hot as an oven - I Said and she was still surprised.

- Katy that's Ethan - she said in a whisper.

That explained everything I knew she wouldn't approach, so I gave her a little push.

- Hey guys - I greet.

- Hello - a distressed Ness said.

Ethan seemed confused also, I notice how he looked at Ness, She's quite slow so I knew she hasn't noticed this. He began to approach Ness.

- Hi Vanessa - He said, my friend looked up and I saw how she blushed. He sounded nervous.

- Hello ... - Ness said and she couldn't hold a nervous giggle.

The other guys were very nice, one of them was named Mark, who was Ethan's cousin, He was medium height and had dark skin, brown eyes and a beautiful smile with a sculpted body.

The other two were twins, one named Derek, who by the way was totally Hot, with green killers eyes, a beautiful face and smooth long light brown hair, with a mischievous smile, his brother was totally like him but with a sweet smile and named Drake.

- And where are you from girls? - Mark asked.

- Vanessa is from here, but I don't know her friend - Ethan said when we were about to respond.

- Ethan Whoa I didn't know you were a woman - said his cousin and Ethan looked at him badly.

- My name is Katy, I lived here for over a year, but I had to move out, I'm here visiting Ness - I said.

- That's great, maybe we can see each other one of these days - Derek said looking at me and flirting.

- Oh well that would be great for you, I'll think about it - I said making the others mocked him.

- Girls, tomorrow we are going to a big party at the house of one of the richest guy here, it will be fun, would like to join us? - Drake asks.

- That would be great - I said.

- Katy, can we talk? - Ness said. While pulling me away from the boys.

- Katy, I'm not sure we should go, I don't like Derek, and the party boy is called Harry and he is like a pain in the ass - she said.

- Come on Ness it will be fun, and you can be with Ethan, something interesting might happen - I said winking at her.

- Okay, and it's just for you and Ethan - she said doubtfully.

We head back to the boys and we said we would send them a message to let them know, we said goodbye and returned home.

We watched movies the rest of the afternoon when Ness' phone rang, she took it and it was a message, she read it and a little scream came out of her.

- Are you crazy? You almost let me deaf woman! - I said pushing her in the couch.

She gave me her phone and I saw a message with a number that marked the name of Ethan that said:

"Hey Ness, I haven't seen you in a long time, you look beautiful, I hope you go tomorrow, I'd love you to be there.

With love Ethan. "

I also yell, we kept screaming until Ness's father shouted us to shut up.

- YOU SEE! WE HAVE TO GO! - I said

- All right, but I don't really like the idea -. She said.

We continue to speak a little of everything all night, I told her about my father and Boston until we fell asleep.

- 1 - 2 - 3.... 20 ready or not here I go - I said as I ran looking for Ness.

We always liked to play hide and seek, the best place to hide was the attic, but we were forbidden to go up there.

I looked and looked but I couldn't find her until I heard a sob when I was passing under the attic door, it can't be, Ness went to the attic and she left the door closed.

I took the rope and opened the door. I went up and found Ness lying on the floor crying, I hugged her and she said:

- Get me out of here Katy is so dark.

I woke up thanks to the sound of my phone, I had dreamed a memory of when Ness and I were 6 years old, she had always been terrified of the dark since that I had always been aware before we went to a dark place.

My phone had a message from Dad which gave me good night and that he missed me, I answered and told him I missed him too, I leave the phone back on the table and went back to sleep.
