Chapter 1 I'm Back

Spirit's POV
It's been 2 years since I've seen my meister, Stein. He'd always try to dissect me, luckily the madman is gone. I walked to the Academy to teach my new subject I learned. Best part is I get to See my baby Maka! When I was about to come in I felt tense, Uneased. I hesitated to go in the school but what other choice do I have? I ignored the feeling and walked in anyways. I heard over a speaker "Would Spirit And Maka Alburn please report to Lord Death's Office? Thank you" I went over to the "Office" and I see my baby with . . . STEIN?!

Stein's POV
I was talking with Maka about how I was and what I did during my "vacation" when I heard a familiar girly scream. I turned to see my old weapon Spirit. "Greetings Spirit how nice to see you again" I say in my regular voice."What the hell is he doing here?!" Spirit screamed. Still the same person. So am I. "I came to visit and teach here again. I was wondering on how the academy was. Also, I was unsuccessful so my suspistions about Medusa are rather incorrect or she's still out there." I Examined Spirit. I guess he already knew my thoughts. He said a No and he knew I wanted to disect him again. It's so much fun when I do it. Unfortunately, Spirit is the exact opposite. "Let me show you where you are going to stay stein." Lord Death finally spoke. I walked with Death to my new home. It looked exactly like my old house. Stiches everywhere, clutter everything was the same. The only thing that was different is that I'm a minute away from the Academy. "Might I asked what happened to my old house Lord Death?" He looked a little nervous but I didn't really care for my house. I was just curious is all. If he destroyed I wouldn't mind at all so I don't know why he's sweating even though. "Well we destroyed it and made it the new laboratory so if you ever came back you could do whatever in it." He "smiled" at me. I nodded saying ok and walked in my new house. My footsteps echoed through the entire place and examined it. My stuff was still here so I didn't really care for it. Death came up to me and handed me a small mirror. "When your ready and comfortable call me and I'll help you around because you haven't been here in a long time and we changed some things." Lord Death left. I was finally alone. I sat on a couch and got lost in thought. Am I still insane? Can I continue on working at the academy again? What would happen if- "Hey Stein." I heard a familiar voice say. "Oh, Hello again senpai" Spirit walked up to me and sat down.

Spirit's POV
I sat down next to stein. I was a little uncomfortable but also very . . . Satisfied with the feeling. I always get this feeling like this! It can't go away and I don't know Why? Anyways, he smiled. We sat in a comfortable silence until I had to break it "So how was your trip here? Did you meet any One knew? " He looked at me with his eyes not showing. Jeez dramatic much stein?! "I'm fine. You don't need to ask questions you know I won't tell." Asshole like always. I rolled my eyes like a kid would and he smiled a little. Did he do that on purpose?! Unnoticeable blush went on my face. "Why the awnser? It's just a question." "Questions" he corrected me. Again this guys a complete asshole. "And I gave you an awnser." He said smoking another cigar. I nodded in anger and frustration. Maybe Maka will tell me. I got up while stein stayed in the same position and I went to the door. "Bye Stein." He didn't respond so I closed the door like any other person and left. I checked the time Maka's probably at her house. Great! I can see her Again! I walked to house while lost in thought about what happened at stein' s house. Is he ok? He usually talks to more but that's stein for you. Why wouldn't he tell me what happened during his trip? When i finally got their I came in without any warning. I see Soul on the couch sleeping while Maka's cooking. "Hey Bab-" "What do you want?" She said in an annoyed tone. I know she doesn't like me but at least I can try to know what happened in the office. "So how was the rest of your day?" I asked a little nervous. She doesn't like it when I'm in her house. She finds it "embarrassing". "It was fine really- Now can you please get out?" She looked a little pissed but I didn't care. Soul the lazy ass finally glanced at me and waved as if I had just walked in and went back to doing whatever. "So what did you and Stein talk about?" She stopped cooking what looked like instant noodles and shrimp and looked atvme with a sincere look. Wow no Glare?! This is amazing! "The Professor talked about how his trip was and what he did. Why do you ask?" She looked a little pissed still but also interactive as if she wanted me to ask it. "Well Stein wouldn't tell me himself so o decided to ask you since you talked with him." She smiled what looked like a smirk as if she was hiding something but I ignored it and went my way out. "Goodbye My little girl!" She blushes in embarrassment and waved a little. She slammed the door in my face and I left.

Stein's POV
It's been a couple of hours since Spirit came. I wonder if he knows. Probably not but I don't want him to. Maka gave me her sworn oath she wouldn't tell that I was . . . In a different feeling. Maka said it is called- What was that word again? I don't know but Tommorow' s another day.
