Three years ago.
"He's gone Alpha Fey."
Hmph.
I sighed running a hand through my long soft wavy hair. I bit my lower lip, before pursing my lips.
"Send our best tracker to hunt him down, along with a healer. I want his head. Also, spread the word amongst the pack that i'll put a reward on his head for whoever decapitates him. Tell them to get creative. I want to hang it in the cellars." I ordered my new beta with a smirk that crawled it's way onto my lips.
Xavier nodded, knowing exactly how serious i was, before bowing respectfully and rushing out to follow my orders.
Tough. I know. But you didn't get to where i got by being a softie. I learned that the hard way.
Huffing loose ginger strands of my hair off my face, i sighed before kicking up my legs onto the office desk.
I hummed as i thought.
It's been two weeks since we succeeded in overthrowing Bishop. I had also captured Bernard, but the old bastard had escaped. Finally i'm free & the whole pack is free too. I've been planning this for years. YEARS. And it's finally over.
The ringing of the office phone cut off my train of thoughts.
I picked it up and spoke, "Alpha Fey speaking..."
But all i heard on the other end was the sound of someone's light breath which halted the moment i spoke my name before ending the call abruptly.
Shrugging, I assumed that it wasn't important. Probably just a kid who thought prank-calling the new Alpha was cool.
A knock on the door sounded before Xavier walked in.
"Everything you ordered was perfectly executed. I put a bounty on Bernard's head and i also sent Jaxson & Ella after him." He said.
I nodded in approval.
Alright. Now that that was taken care of, i wanted to schedule a meeting with Alpha Aries. Seeing that i was new, and he was almost considered the Alpha King.
