Lincoln woke up to the sound of 12 other soft snores. He saw his whole family. But the one who really stood out to him was Lori. He glared at her with anger then softened his face and pretended to just be waking up when Lori woke up. Lori smiled; not genuinely, but evilly. As the other kids started to wake up, Lori went to Rita and whispered something into her ear. She nodded and told the kids to step outside the room. Lincoln panicked and pulled his legs up to his head. He started crying into his legs as footsteps came closer to him. "Stop being a crybaby. I was just gonna tell you something." Lincoln kept his eyes on his legs as he slid them down to the bottom of the bed. He looked up at Lori as she punched him in the stomach. He yelped quietly in pain and tried to move, but it only hurt even more. "I was going to tell you that you're gullible." She smacked him and smirked, then backed away. Lincoln started scratching all over his arms, pulling off the healing scabs and causing them to bleed. "What do you have? Arm hair lice?" She asked sarcastically until she saw his bleeding arms. She rolled her eyes and then screamed, "Lincoln, no!" Just then, the rest of the family
came rushing in. They teared up at the sight of it. They didn't want to see him like this.
