The girl dragged Ryan to a coffee table and got some popcorn to eat. "so" the girl said "I'm Tilly Clark you must be Robert black, Bert for short" Tilly said in a chipper voice. Ryan stared eyes wide at Tilly, "listen Tilly I'm not Ro-"

"No what I am trying to say is"
"I know what your trying to say" Tilly said cutting Ryan off again.
"You do?"
"Yeah" Tilly said with a dream like tone "you want to go on a date with me!"
Just then Lillian walked in. "oh hi Ryan you startled me I didn't know you were coming over today" Lillian said walking over and sitting on the sofa."Ryan?" Tilly asked confusedly. Lillian raised her eyebrow but something seemed to click in her mind "oh sorry I thought you were my boyfriend Ryan. you must be Bert black" Lillian said. Ryan felt that he was missing some details on what was going on, but Lillian was giving him a look that said 'play along'. Ryan nodded and soon there was a conversation going on and Ryan was going along with what ever was being said. Finally, Tilly said she should be going to bed. Lillian smiled and said to Ryan "thanks for coming Ryan, two days ago I went on this dating website that Tilly goes on and made up a person, Robert Black, to take interest in Tilly."Ryan nodded then remembered why he came here in the first place. "Hey Lillian-" Ryan for cut off by Lillian saying "listen Ryan I'd love to stay and chat but I must be going now."Ryan nodded thinking he could always ask Lillian to marry him another time. What Ryan didn't know was that would be his first of many attempts to ask.
