Mina's POV

I fell on the cold ground while I was running, but when i tried standing up, I felt dizzy and fainted. When I woke up I came up with an unfamiliar place. I looked around scanning the whole place trying to figure out where I was.

"W-Where am I?"

I tried to stand up, but I felt something warm touching my shoulder pushing me down to where i was laying before.

"Don't move you have to rest.", said a young short-haired girl while placing a cold towel on my forehead.

I kept silent and stared at her "..she's so pretty."

"um..thank you?"

Wait, did I say that out loud? I could feel my cheeks turning red, I felt so embarrased.

"How did a pretty girl like you end up in the rain...did you perhaps run away from your parents?", said the girl in curiosity.

"...N-no I didn't!..I-I..I'm sorry for shouting, I just-"

"Cute.." She smiled.

I could feel my heart would explode any minute now. I had just met this girl, yet I felt so excited in getting to know her.

"Chaeyoung."

"E-eh?"

"The name's Chaeyoung, Son Chaeyoung.", said the girl while smiling widely enough for her dimples to show up.

"M-Mina, nice to meet you, Chaeyoung.."

"Oh, I almost forgot! I have to do some shopping for dinner, you should rest here."

She stood up while turning around to exit the room but I suddenly held her wrist not wanting to let go. I felt like she would go and never come back...but why do I feel sad? Why do I care if she left? Why do I feel like I want to keep her by my side? Is she that important for me to act like this?

I kept questioning myself why I felt and acted so weird, until she interrupted my thoughts by embracing me. I felt her warm hands wrap around me tightly while comforting me.

"It won't take long I promise.", she whispered in my ear.

"C-can I come with you..?", I said while hugging her back.

She broke the hug and looked deeply in my eyes. Her brown sparkly eyes kept circling up and down while scanning my face. A few minutes later she stood up while holding my hand and helped me stand up too.

"Ok, but before we go, promise me you won't run away."

I smiled and slightly nodded, reassuring her.

We then made our way to the exit.

Chaeyoung's POV

-Flashback-

I fall asleep in class and I missed the bus, so I had to walk... "Why am I so unlucky, ughh", I sighed. I was walking home from school until it started raining. "Oh god, I forgot to bring my umbrella!" Fortunately I found a convenient store nearby so i got in. While I was waiting for the rain to stop, I noticed a girl who had tripped, and fallen on the ground. I ran to her and tried to carry her (bridal style) in the store. A few minutes later, having made sure to keep her warm, the rain stopped and I carried her to my place. It didn't take long since it wasn't far from the convenient store. As soon as I got in I got her in my bedroom to rest. I was about to walk away, when I realised her temprature had risen. I rushed in the kitchen to grab a towel and a cold bowl of water. Once I entered the room where the anonymous girl was I found her awake trying to stand up.

"Don't move you have to rest." I pushed her back gently on the bed placing the towel on her forehead.

"..she's so pretty." she said clear enough for me to hear while staring at me.

I felt my cheeks blushing "um..thank you?"

I was staring at her unconciously when I said, "How did a pretty girl like you end up in the rain...did you perhaps run away from your parents?"

"...N-no I didn't!..I-I..I'm sorry for shouting, I just-"

"Cute.." o. mai. god. SHE'S SO KYUT FNEBDSIKSBWKS aaand I kept smiling there like an idiot.

wait...did she just blush?

"Chaeyoung."

"E-eh?" kyut.

"The name's Chaeyoung, Son Chaeyoung."

"M-Mina, nice to meet you, Chaeyoung.."

We were staring at each other for awhile when I remembered that I had to do shopping or else we would starve all night.

"Oh, I almost forgot! I have to do some shopping for dinner, you should rest here."

I stood up and made my way to exit the room when she grabbed my wrist. I turned around and it felt like she was begging me to stay, however I knew it would be better for her to rest, so I quickly wrapped my arms around her, wanting to make her feel warmth and safety, as i whispered to her.

"It won't take long I promise."

"C-can I come with you..?", she asked while hugging me back.

I then broke the hug, looking deeply in her eyes, scanning every single detail. Her brown eyes, the shape of her face, her nose, her cute moles and her perfectly shaped lips. Everything was perfect. After awhile I helped her stand up and I don't know why, I just felt like asking her to come with me.

"Ok, but before we go, promise me you won't run away."

She nodded in responce, and smiled revealing her gummy smile.

It was that moment, when I realised...I wanted to protect her. I wanted to stay by her side and never let go.

And we then made our way to the exit.

Mina's POV

We were walking side by side and I felt her hand brushing mine. That drove me crazyy. Gosh how can she be so hot...I thought while glancing at her. Chaeyoung turned around and met my eyes. I then quickly looked everywhere else expect her. Aishh, she must think I'm some kind of weird material now...ripz.
