Abuja.
May 20, 2010.
12:15pm.

As he stepped out of his grey Benz, he stole a good look at the plaza. ELLA'S PLAZA! It was massive and beautiful. He was really impressed as he took a step away from his car heading straight into the building.

"Welcome to Ella's plaza" the security man who was at the entrance of the building said beaming with a smile. He was dressed in a navy blue uniform with yellow stripes and had the inscription 'sheriff' on his cap.

"Thank you." he simply said with a quick smile.

He walked in and went straight to the receptionists'

"Good morning sir. You are welcomed to Ella's plaza." Valerie, the receptionist had said

"Good morning ma'am.How is everything."

"All thanks to God sir. How may I help you?" she was as formal as possible.

"Well, I came to see Ella. Ermm.. miss Ella." he replied

"Do you have an appointment with her?"

"Ermm, not really. Just an old time friend."

"She's busy right now. I'd suggest you make an appointment with her."

"Look ma'am, just tell her an old time friend wants to see her. She'd be happy to see me."

"Name sir?"

"Emmanuel."

She reached for the intercom receiver and dialed few Numbers.

"A man is here to see you ma, he said he's an old time friend. Emmanuel by name........ Alright ma,....... ok ma...... Yes ma....... I'd do exactly that ma." she dropped the receiver and came out of her desk.

"Sir, please follow me." She said with a smile for the first time since he approached her.

"Alright no problem.".

He knocked on her door and opened it after he heard her say 'yes come in,' he stepped in stealing a glance through her office. Quite exquisite.

Ella's pen dropped on sighting him. It was clear she was shocked. If only she had an idea it was this Emmanuel Valerie was talking about. He walked in like he was some sort of Prince emerging from a palace and stood in front of her table with his hands in his pockets. He had on a simple black shirt with the first three buttons opened revealing his chest a bit, with a pair of grey pants.

She stood up moving to where he stood. He had the sweetest smile on, the kind of smile that penetrates through your soul.

"Suprised right?" He moved closer nd threw his arms round her hugging her.

She was still in shock as she reciprocated the hug.

"Emmanuel.." She had managed to say.

"Ella." he said with a grin as he withdrew from the hug. She looked really stunning in her blue sleeveless dress. Very simple and classy with light makeup. Seriously speaking, he was suprised to see her that big with curves so perfect. Just the way he liked it. He could remember she was this Petite girl in school with tiny features

"Wow, I'm shocked." she laughed.

"It's boldly written." He took a sit while Ella went back to her seat.

"what can I offer you?"

"Ermm, anything."

"Anything means nothing. So, tea, juice, chocolates..."

"Juice is fine by me" he cuts in before she finished her sentence.

"Okay." she stood, and reached for the fridge. She brought out a pack of an orange juice and filled a cup.
