The wooden wheel of a cart splashed into a puddle on the side of the road. A petite girl pulled her cloak closer, trying to avoid her dress to get wet. "We are here," The older man next to her said and nodded towards the big walls of the city. The girl looked up and smiled a little. "So this is the big Rome? This is quite dissapointing," She said with her amused smile on her face. "Do not underestimate it, darling," The woman behind them said with a small laugh in her voice. "It is impressive from the inside," The small group of vampire's walked over the bridge, into the city. "We should search a place to sleep first, Elijah what about that small tavern near the market?" The other male nodded and pointed to a street. "That way," The small girl took of the cap of her cloak and looked around her, her brown curls fell on her back. "Abi, we should hurry, the tavern's will be full once the night falls," The dirty-blond man said as he noticed she was staying behind. The girl quickly pulled up her dress a bit to run towards him, so they wouldn't have to wait for her. The dirty-blond reached for her arm and hooked them together. "You can not just stay behind, a city is a bit more dangerous than the small village you are used to," He explained himself as they followed his sister and older brother. "I know, Nik. I was just curious why they talk to big about this city,"
