Damn y'all, it took me so long to find a pic of a cute young looking guy (bc I want them to look at least somewhat realistic for their age, as they're only sophomores) who wasn't like blonde. Idk y'all. Anyways, on with the story! I have a picture for James too, will be in the next update!
Evan was, well, quite attractive.
At least James thought so.
But then again, so did everyone else.
"Damn, who's that new guy, he is foiiiiiiiine," James's friend Laura said.
"He's my neighbor. His name is Evan. He's really nice, and apparently pretty good at soccer." Said James.
"Omg, your neighbor is hot! I mean damn! And talented? Wow. I sure hope you're planning to become friends with him."
"I mean, yeah. He seems like a cool kid."
"Ugh, I hope he's in some of my classes!" Laura whined.
"Oh my god, do you want me to find out his schedule?" James asked her.
"I mean I wouldn't mind..." Laura smiled her most convincing "pretty please" look.
"Okay," james laughed. "I will."
James walked across the hall to Evan's locker where he was standing looking pretty confused.
James wouldn't mind helping him.
"Hey Evan! What's good, dude?"
"Oh! Hey James! Just looking at my schedule. I️'m pretty confused. Do you know where 402-H is?"
"Yeah, it's in the Handall building, fourth floor. Wait, is that geometry with Mr. Falder?"
(Ok a/n at my school it goes for hs algebra 1/2, algebra 2/geometry, geometry/pre calc, and pre calc/calculus so they are in geometry which means they are smart bois 😩 yg is not good at math lol)
"Let me check." Evan pulls out his schedule. "Yeah, it is."
"Hey, I have that class too. We can walk together. Oh but first, let me introduce you to my friend Laura. She's totally into you dude."
Evan laughs.
"Laura, this is Evan. Evan, Laura."
"Hey, I'm Laura. I hear you're a soccer star, huh?"
Evan looks embarrassed. "Um yeah, I play soccer but um, I wouldn't say I️'m like a star."
"Hey man, if the athletic director wanted to meet with you, you must be pretty sick at it. Hey Laura, we're heading to Handall, you coming?"
"Ugh, I have class in Pedalto. See you guys later!" (another building. This school is a campus and is optional boarding. Idk why, it just came to me lol)
"She seems nice." Says Evan.
"Yeah. A little crazy, but nice."
They walk out the front doors, and out the path to their first class.
"So, are you excited for your first day at a new school?" Asks James.
For a second, Evan's pleasant face falls. But soon he sighs, with what seems like... relief?
"More excited than you know." He smiles at James again.
James smiles back.
Okayyyyy! So that's what I have today! Ik my chapters are short, but I just don't feel like I want to drag them out, ya feel? Anyways, I️'m planning on making this much longer (and way less cringy) than always. I️m excited to see where this takes me! I'm really trying to make this story realistic. It's 2018 y'all. They live in a liberal place. Them being gay isn't going to be like the focus of the story, bc point of Evan moving was to be in a place where he's not bullied! So no more (we'll at least not too much) bad stuff for these sweet bois! And also, they're going to get to know each other. And while that might not be as interesting as the parts where they're in a relationship, I feel like it's super important to get to know ppl before you just jump into a relationship! I feel like a lot of books, Wattpad and even published, just have the two main character meet, and bam! They're dating! They're in love! You feel? Anyways, you're the realest if you read this whole thing. See y'all soon!
